Nestled among the pine trees on a semi-private lot, this charming Maine cottage offers a picturesque retreat for families of 4. Enjoy stunning sunset views from the stone patio overlooking Sebago Lake. The natural sloping wooded lot features nine stairs leading to a slightly sloping ramp, followed by an additional three stairs that lead to natural rock steps. These steps provide access to a shallow and gradual rocky lake bottom, with some boulders further out. The dock can accommodate boats up to 20 feet for loading and unloading, but boats should be kept on the mooring when not in use. With access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, Sebago Lake boasts over 40 miles of boatable waterway. Plus, Windham is just a short drive away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and movies.
