The sloping yard features large slab stairs that lead to the patio and dock, and the property borders a wooded area. The rocky shore provides deep-water access via a ladder on the dock or steps. This friendly neighborhood location includes a sports court for basketball, badminton, and volleyball, while a canoe and 2 kayaks are provided for you to explore the 3-mile long pond. For more water adventures, the dock can accommodate boats up to 24 feet, and the mooring can hold boats up to 14 feet.
