The large screened room offers breathtaking views of the lake, perfect for unwinding and soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Step out of the screened room directly onto the sprawling sandy beach with a gradual entry. There are a few scattered rocks and the water stays shallow for long distance, making this the ideal spot for swimming. With almost 1900 acres of navigable waterway, there's ample opportunity to explore the coves and islands of Little Sebago. Use the provided canoe to paddle around the lake, or bring your own boat (up to 20') to keep on the dock. The property is lined with trees on both sides, offering ample privacy. The location is perfect for those who want to get out and explore the area, as Little Sebago is conveniently located near shopping, movies, recreational activities, and within a short drive to Portland and Freeport.

Cozy cabin on Little Sabago lake

Very cozy cabin with a beautiful beach and view of the cove. The property was very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning and ceilings fans were a blessing in the hot weather. The cabin was well-stocked and super organized. Would highly recommend!
