Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked (liked the gas range). Plenty of parking, easy to get to and great location (about 5 minutes from downtown).This house has a LOT of space. The main floor has plenty of room (kitchen, dining, living room, bedrooms, bathroom). The surprise was the lower level. Fully finished walk out basement with 2nd living room, working office space area, bedroom, bathroom, full laundry room and a room that could probably be used for yoga.This is a great place to stay.

The house was clean. Met our needs completely. Great washer dryer. Well stocked kitchen . Near the hospital and that for me was a little disturbing as I have worked in healthcare and tuned into that…on me only. Neighborhood was fine. We would stay there again.

This house was absolutely amazing. There was so much room, clean and extra amenities that were supplied. The owner was quick to answer questions and neighbor was very friendly. Great home base for the Black Hills!

Our family stayed at this property for 9 nights while exploring the Black Hills area. It was a great home base for exploring different areas! While we didn’t spend much time in the property, it suited every need we had. A safe place to come home to each night, clean, comfy beds, big enough for our family to relax after long days of hiking and exploring! Perfect for our vacation

Every thing was perfect for our Vacation In Rapid City and Black Hills for 2 adults and 3 kids 5-13 years, from beginnning until end. House was exatly as shown on the pictures spacy and well equipet, and very clean, good quiet location, with good acces to the city and to the Balck Hills. Dan (the host) was very helpfull and flexible in our planing of our stay, and Maureen (Cleaning Lady) who lived next door was super helpfull during our stay. Thanks to Dan and Maureen.
