Paradise Point Resort & Spa
3/5 Okay
"The rooms and overall property feel outdated, though we will say the kids had a great time, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there seemed to be quite a bit of miscommunication among the front desk staff. On multiple occasions, we received completely different answers depending on who we spoke with, which made the experience frustrating and confusing.
The grounds could also be better maintained. There were ants in our room, and the patio furniture was dirty, so we weren’t able to enjoy that space. Additionally, the strong Glade plug-ins triggered our allergies, which made our stay less comfortable. The room itself was also lacking basic seating, there were no chairs available, only the beds.
Overall, the property gives more of an outdated boutique feel. If you’re looking for a high-end, luxurious getaway, this isn’t the place. We had hoped for more, especially for the price we paid.
This was our first time visiting the property and will likely be our last. We had seen mixed reviews beforehand but decided to experience it for ourselves. That said, we do appreciate the potential of the space and hope improvements can be made to create a more consistent and comfortable experience for future guests."
