Prime location for the excitement around the North Carolina Fairgrounds, Lenovo Arena, and Carter Finley Stadium!

This 4 bedroom home has all king beds for maximum comfort. Soak up conversation in the open concept layout, the covered back deck, or have a little fun in the garage we converted to a bonus game room!

*HOUSE PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED. STRICT QUIET HOURS. *

Please limit 5 cars per reservation.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full house. GARAGE DOOR MUST NOT BE USED.

The Neighborhood:
A quaint and friendly neighborhood, you’ll see a lot of the neighbors walking and can likely be met with a kind “hello”! We do ask that you respect these friendly neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level and honor those who live on the surrounding streets full time!

Getting Around:
The home is conveniently located and walkable to NC State Fairgrounds, PNC Arena, and Carter Finley Stadium!

Parking will be a little tight so we ask to minimize the amount of cars as much as possible. The driveway can hold two cars and we have side yard parking for an additional two cars. There is absolutely no parking in the backyard or the street!

Other Things to Note:
The garage has been converted to a game room and the door is unplugged for a reason.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.

This was a Perfect Place for our Family

We had all of our family stay together on this house (12 people) and it was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone and everyone had a bed to sleep in. We spent most of our time in this house since we enjoyed it so much rather than going out and spending extra money. Thank you for making this available and if we ever need to go back to Raleigh, I hope this house is available!

Thanksgiving Made Easy

Our family came in from all over the country for Thanksgiving in Raleigh. The home was exactly as promised. Plenty of rooms and seating. The children loved the game room. Would consider it a 5 star stay. We did have a couple things that didn’t work; the dishwasher and the garbage disposal. Would also recommend a nicer towel for the bathrooms. Having said that, if we ever need a place to stay in Raleigh again this will be our first choice.

Great House!

This house is amazing! Was super clean and spotless, modern, and very comfortable with plenty of space for a group. The beds sleep great; the game room was a fun bonus; and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Owner is fantastic to work with. Would definitely stay here again.
