Pros Room was very clean. The service via phone was responsive, helpful and very courteous. Honestly once we got in, we loved it! The room was huge. They provided everything from dishwasher pods to laundry soap. Literally they have set the bar for stays going forward. I will check for landing properties on future trips. Cons Check in was a nightmare. God forbid your phone dies, FORGET ABOUT IT! The check in procedure is unclear. I still can’t find where they sent the lock box code. Unfortunate when you’ve jet lagged from traveling all day and it’s night time with no one around to help and you’re trying to watch a generic check in video from your rental car. They wait until check in time of 3pm to send instructions so like me you may be mid flight with no service. They should send this a day early so you can be better prepared.

I loved the place, thank you so much for changing my bed to king!. it was very comfortable, and the hosts were very attentive. The only small thing I’d mention is that there wasn’t any soap provided for bathing. But everything else was lovely, definitely I would come again.

The place exceeded my expectations. I don’t realize it was two story in space with the bedrooms upstairs. There were a few things to note that I’d recommend as improvements. 1. The master tub needs a deep cleansing or to be done. The tub had an obvious ring stain around it . Not that it was dirty but through consistent use and not proper cleaning products it looks dingy. 2. The second bedroom has no ceiling fan. This was a challenge for my travel partner as she likes it a bit cooler while sleeping. 3. You can’t adjust the thermostat, which of course made my friend suffer more. 4. The iron did not work. Called customer service and was told they would have to order one via Amazon and it will be to me in a couple days. The issue there was I was in my way to a concert and needed it then. 5. You are required to take out your own trash. If the facility is to be cleaned after each guest why would the guest need to also take out trash. This should be part of the cleansing. Overall the place was quiet, great location and had dining options nearby.

.This was a beautiful in a good location. Directions for checking in and checking out were clear and precise and if I am in town and it is available I will stay here again. The only two things I found I would change are some type of blackout curtains to block the street lamp outside and some dish rags and some dish soap. I highly recommend if ever looking for a nice place while in the Cary/Raleigh area check this place out.

Instructions for checking in was good. We arrived after dark.It made it hard to see the numbers on the lockbox for the key. It took us about 15min to figure it out. Apt was clean other than 2 hairs was found in the shower. Shower pressure weak but hot. Master bedroom bathroom drained ran slow . With saying I will recommend to family and friends. Can't wait to return.
