The bed in my room was incredibly uncomfortable….. I stayed for a week for work and could not wait to leave. Woke up sore every night. A floor pretzel was amiss in the corner of my room. Did they even vacuum?? Check in time was delayed. Most of the time the desk was left unattended…. Waited for 7-10min for someone to check me in. One evening I waited for 15ish min for someone to show up so I could buy water. No one ever showed up.. I will say, breakfast was great. Coffee was miserable. Not walking distance to anything except McDonald’s and sheets. Wouldn’t stay again.

My wife said that it was the best hotel stay that we have had. The grandson was disappointed that Papa didn't make sure that it had an indoor pool for him.

The team were incredibly pleasant at every interaction. I was welcomed with a text and when I asked for an early check-in - was granted one with no hesitation. Greatly appreciated. The room was exactly what I needed. What could have improved my stay? The mattress and pillows were not very supportive. The trash cans were not emptied after the first night - and had some food - so would have been awesome. There were some bus groups staying the second night. So when I went down to grab an apple and some peanut butter for bfast at 9 - it was all decimated and had not been restocked with an hour left to go. And all four handicap spots were full when I got home around 11PM. Perhaps some additional handicap spots at the rear entrance would have helped alleviate the issue. Overall - it was just what I needed for a last minute trip for a funeral. Thank you for making a difficult trip easier.

Bring your own pillows

This was a perfect hotel for us! 2 adults, 2 kids, one who loves her private space - the living room area was perfect for her! The full fridge helped us bring our diabetic daughter's waffles with us and they even had a toaster in the kitchen. Breakfast was ok, need some more fresher fruit. The only bad things were the lack of attention to details, 2 towels for 4 guests staying 2 nights and same with the toilet paper, barely had much on the rolls to begin with, but was able to get more of both. The pillows were absolute crap! They look fluffy, but the minute you put any weight on them, they are flat!

Concert stay

Husband and I were in town for the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert.. staff was helpful, room was clean, usually the bed is comfortable but this time around it wasn’t..I think they need new mattresses. Overall the stay was good.
