The bathroom was not clean - I washed the mirror myself and the shower was not clean in the corners - in 3 days/nights we never received fresh towels/washcloths - we actually liked our stay at the Airport Holiday Inn Express in Buffalo the night before for $122.00 - they provided airport shuttle both ways, parking was free for 4 nights and when we returned they had even brushed the snow off our car - take a lesson

Throughout the night, the HVAC system emitted an extremely loud, whirring/roaring sound that was disruptive each time it cycled on, making it impossible to sleep. This issue was compounded by significant traffic noise throughout the night Also, the shower had virtually no water pressure and never reached an acceptable hot temperature. The beds were worn and uncomfortable, further preventing rest. No problem with staff.

We've stayed here before. The location is perfect for us. Nice of you of the clock tower close to everything. Great little coffee shop downstairs staff was great. We bring our dog absolutely no problem whatsoever. Plenty of places to walk. I'm not complaining but I must say the TV remote had to be the hardest I've ever used. Me or my wife could figure it out. Other than that, loved it

Check in was easy. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel bar and lounge was also very welcoming and there was lots of space for relaxation while sipping a cocktail. Parking was a bit tight and we had to go to their overflow which was on the side of the building but overall this was a good experience. I would stay here again.
