Great location, a lil noisey

The hotel was easy to find off they expressway and close to our son's home. The pool wasn't open yet. The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. We had our dog and it worked out very good. The only bad thing I would say was that it was kind of noisy with the construction crews staying there. But, even those guys were nice!

My stay at quality inn is always good I'm never disappointed the staff is very friendly and helpful even when I locked myself out of my room they helped me out no questions asked. I would recommend anybody staying in Redford to stay at this quality inn. Sincerely Christine Anderson

Save yourself the hassle - don’t book here!

Do not book here. The hotel was ROUGH and not at all as pictured. Immediately turned around and went to a farther location in Fayetteville. I was working a military contract job in Raeford and was hoping to stay locally. Trusted the photos online and was unbelievably shocked and disappointed when I actually arrived to the location. Turned right around, demanded a cancelation through Hotels.com, and booked elsewhere. Unfortunately, Quality Inn does not offer responsive customer service, and were unwilling to process a refund. Horrible location, gross property, and terrible management/customer service.

The bedding was clean. Slight musty smell. Killed a cockroach. Didn't realize it was a motel because it wasn't listed as such. Probably will not stay again.
