There were so many small details missed on this rental. None of the kitchen appliances were plugged in or working. Nor could I plug them in myself. The only finishing on the wall was a mirror that should have had a light bar around it. The light didn’t work. There were towels missing from one bathroom. All of this points to a rushed listing with no quality check. The unit was at the corner of two extremely busy and loud streets which made getting sleep difficult. Parking was an additional fee even though the rental listing does not disclose the fee and implies it is included. The check-in process was a mess. Reach out via the app to get a WhatsApp number to get a link to upload photos. Staff didn’t set up the upload properly so when we arrived with 3 of us (as noted on the reservation), security made us wait for hospitality staff to come meet us. Even getting to and from the unit was difficult. Taking the elevator required calling the security guard and asking them to unlock the elevator. As noted the small details were overlooked and they added up to something inconvenient, with additional cost and burden on me and my travel companions. To their credit the hospitality staff was responsive and friendly.

Es de lo peor este sitio, solo te hacen reservar pero jamás envían ninguna indicación, codigo QR para que puedas acceder a tu reserva. El personal de seguridad es de lo más déspota. Se supone que hoteles.com debe apoyar pero ni siquiera ellos te ayudan, no hay claramente nada seguro. No gasten su dinero. Cuando les pides contactarse nunca responden. La peor experiencia de mi vida.
