Staff provides a great service, rooms are comfortables, the restaurant in ground level have nice food.

Staff y rooms I liked-- Major issue FOOD in restaurant- not up to industries standards. Hot is NOT in their vocabulary-- ALL foods barely above room temp. Some foods not prepared correctly-- French fries not cooked twice--- Not crispy golden brown-- limp- (Talked to manager no change)-- oil drenched y VERY salty. Overcooked Pork tenderloin- bbq ribs 1/2 inch fat cap- out of lemon pie. I don't think manager knows much about food standards- staff very nice=wish food was as good as the staff.Breakfast buffet-- boring- same items almost all the time-- scrambled eggs -not hot- tepid.
I found the amenities a bit dull, for example I would like to have a shower cap
The staff are great. I like less the fact that there were no shower cap in the bathroom, nor body lotion etc.

The hotel was wonderful, the minute I stepped in there it just felt right. It was clean and spacious. The hot water worked perfectly. And I also loved the location since it is just a few minutes walked from the main mall.
Servicio, limpieza y ubicación excelentes. Hotel cuenta con restaurante, heladería, lugar para tomar café y panes variados. Estacionamiento cómodo y personal muy servicial.
El hotel es muy bonito, pero las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, se tiene que abrir la ventana en la noche para que entre algo de viento, el problema no es ese, sino que en el noche paso el carro de basura hizo un escándalo y me desperté. Luego pasaron unos chicos gritando y me volví a despertar y no contento con eso, a las 6am sacaron a un perro en la esquina del Hotel y me volvió a despertar porque ladro como 20 minutos. A pesar de no ser algo que dependa del Hotel porque son agentes externos, pienso que al colocar AACC en las habitaciones, estas se pueden cerrar y serian un poco mas herméticas a los ruidos externos al hotel que perturben el descanso de los huéspedes
