Check in super easy, staff very nice. Room is nice and clean as well. (Minor things I don’t like personal preference :I don’t like rain showers cause I don’t like to get my very long hair wet and the head is so high you can’t adjust it. The doors are paper thin so you do hear what is going on in the corridor.) That being said I still would come back here again.

This is an spectacular hotel. Top class. Do not think about staying anywhere else. You feel like you are saying in a 5 Diamond Hotel. All new, rooms are amazing, service is top. Breakfast buffet pretty much the same everyday, but none the less excellent. Great location.

The staff at this hotel are SO NICE, and very professional. The hotel is spotless, centrally located and they serve a lovely buffet breakfast which is included in the price. It would be hard to find a more reasonable and pleasant place to stay in Quito.
