Attentive owner and good location of the property

Overall the experience was great, the location of the property is pretty good with multiple things to do (playgrounds, small zoo, restaurants, 30 min away from downtown, 1 hr away from San Miguel de Allende). The owner of the property was very attentive and available/supportive with the problems faced during my stay. On the downside we faced a couple of problems with the water heater and there was no hot water during the first day, we had to flush ourselves the water heater to make it work, then we ran out of gas so the stove stopped working which required an emergency service to refill the gas tank so we could have breakfast. It could use some pest control as several were found inside the house. I will definitely come back, the minor issues faced were fixed thanks to the owner and we had a blast, the whole family enjoyed the time we spent there.
