My husband and I went last weekend to this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. In the evening, we wanted to watch a football game in the bar, which was empty when we got there, but were informed twice that they were fully booked because a "company had hired the bar for their employees". The said we might stay there but that they would have to move us (we were sitting in front of the TV) when the group got there and that it would be hard to get any dinner as they were about to attend the group...which was of 8 persons!! So, we went back to our room, no dinner no nothing and decided from that point that we would not use any other service after being treated so poorly. We were in the adult zone, close to the jacuzzi where a couple were having their private party with loud music, singing, yelling, naked for a while. They left the jacuzzi around 10 pm. So, the so called "Sense Space" was nothing but relaxing to us. The hotel is very small, the photographs are very flattering, but unreal and it is located far outside Tequisquiapan with nothing nearby but a gas station. Someone in another review said that you could easily walk to the town centre, but to do this you have to use good boots and in the night take a lantern as there are only dirt uneven lonely rocky streets, full of holes. We are never coming back.

Nice place, clean and quiet, free wi-fi and free secured parking! Staff was friendly and helpful and the place is not far from downtown, but we chose to drive there and then walk around. It was a bit noisy with Local's celebrating festivities around the church located behind the hotel but ok all around.

It was an outstanding surprise, the best experience I have ever had, they have options for a romantic dinner, balloon flight, spa and more, the best is at an EXCELENT price. HIGHLY recommended!! Thanks for everything guys!!

We went to tequisquiapan for a weekend to spend the day away from the city. We arrived on a friday at 11 pm because of the traffic in Mexico city. The restaurant was closed, they had no room service and the closest restaurant was almost a kilometer far walking at night by a dirt road. When we came up the floor of the stairs was dirty and sticky. it was disgusting. Breakfast was icecold, we did the buffet because we had a tour booked and all: the eggs, the hot chocolate, the beans were cold. The rooms were quite simple for being a 100 USD a night type of hotel.

My wife and I decided to leave the big city of CDMX and spend some quality time outside of the City. Trip Advisor had ranked this hotel as #1 in this City; so we put our faith in Trip Advisor and booked it - so happy that we did. We reserved the couples romantic dinner and also the fire pit with Wine & Cheese. Service was excellent. We are already planning our next trip back.

The hotel is concealed from the street, but upon entry it is revealed to be a very pleasant. The painted walls, the tiled, open hallways and the small but adequate swimming pool, and the restaurant, all contribute to a great experience. The room was clean and a reasonable size. The bathroom was clean and good. The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast on Sunday.

We organize the trip with the Ballon ride experience! Incredible!! The hotel room was beautiful suite 25. Reception Ok. But over night staff missed our wake up call requested and Breakfast included serve cold. Need to improve service attention Roberto

The hotel is kind of simple and small, but with an amazing and kindly service. It's not so close to the city center (20-minute walking). The restaurant is good (good food, fresh and tasty). The common areas are also small but enjoyable. Nice outdoor pool. Recommended.

Small but very clean and cozy hotel. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The hotel has a small SPA, but all the services are really great and cheap, on Wednesdays they have 2x1 in almost all services (including the SPA).The breakfast buffet is good. I'll definitely come back!

Amazing hotel! The decoration is very typical of the region. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel has a pool, bicycles to ride to town (it is 7 mins away from downtown) a great restaurant among other amenities (we were on the family section). I will definitely go back there when vacationing in Tequis.
