This small and intimate hotel is located in the center of the historic district of Queretaro. It is literally in the middle of the restaurants, cafes, museums, churches and other sites. It is family owned and the staff is also from one family. They are efficient, and hospitable. I visited with my six siblings, in-laws etc. We had a great time. The hotel itself is in an old town house, lovingly restored and artistically decorated. We were delighted with our stay there.

I booked a double room with two beds in this hotel that was supposed to have free-wifi in all the rooms as well as tv service (it is SuperBowl weekend) much to my surprise the second "bed" was what they called an "indian style bed" that looked more like a sofa than a bed. When I tried the TV it didn't work there was only one channel available and there was no sound. Finally when I tried to connect to the wifi it was not possible. In both cases I called the reception. On the first issue (TV) they told me that they were installing cable so they didn't had that service available. On the second issue they at first told me they were going to check on it. 40 minutes later I called again and they told me that given the width and height of the walls the service would be "on-off" at best. So there was no way they could guarantee wifi in the room. I told them I needed to get some work done and they just responded with We are sorry for the inconvenience. I told them I needed to work but they gave me no response. I tolde them I was going to book somewhere else and that I needed a refund. The receptionist just hung up. After that they tried to fix it with no luck. So I left but they didn't reimbursed the payment. DON'T STAR HERE!!! Hotel is beautiful but they don't deliver on their offer and service is terrible. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Just a big wow for our stay at this small spa boutique hotel. Walking distance from everything in the Colonial heart of Queretaro. Tastefully decorated, breakfast included. Every corner is an architectural and design treat for the eye of the weary traveler. A gem for savvy couples!

Ana is awesome, she speaks Spanish and English and can help you with almost anything you need. She booked rides for us and gave good advice. She is also very friendly and has a great laugh. The room was very nice, large, good bed, nice pillows, clean. The big whirlpool tub in our room didn't work, at least we couldn't figure out how to work it. The locations was good and it is fairly easy with a good map to find anything from that location. The only things I'd fix is the breakfast is really not very good, needs more options or better cooking or something. And there was some noise bleed over from a bar downstairs, but with earplugs we were able to sleep. There are some stairs but anyone with good mobility won't have problems with them.

La Casa del Naranjo Hotel's location in the Centro is great and the rooms are thoughtfully appointed with a comfortable bed, artful decor, a decent shower, and bathrobes. The bad news: the hotel is located near a noisy bar/restaurant with live music. During our first night, the party lasted until 3am. The TV was not hooked up to cable or even regular local broadcast. Instead, a small selection of DVD movies is available in the lobby. A weird thing that happened was our phone rang one night at 1:00am with the front desk clerk wanting to know what we wanted to order for breakfast the next day. We'd already told a different front desk clerk our wishes the afternoon before. He then knocked on the neighbor room's door to get their order as well. AT ONE IN THE MORNING. The other thing is that the website said there was free parking, but that was not the case. However, the lot they referred us to a few blocks away was inexpensive (~USD$5 per day). We noticed many hotels in the Centro, so next visit will research others. This place isn't terrible, but it's frayed around the edges and the noise is a problem.

Just the most pleasant and friendliest place ever👈🏼👍🏼👍🏼 ,It has a feel to it that really helps to enjoy the city more, while having that exciting "getaway" feel that is on the top of my needs.and the place is immaculate like a hospital.

I can't decide which aspect of this beautiful boutique hotel I liked the most. The hotel is very well located (just a couple of blocks away from the main plaza), the staff is super friendly and attentive, it is cozy and with an unique decoration. Our stay included a delicious breakfast. They definitely make us feel like we were at a friend's house. Ps: The jacuzzi is a must.

None of the images and reviews reflected the reality that we lived? This place is well located and could be what it aims but... they are careless about all details (soap, cleaning, paper, towels etc) there seem to be a lack of care everywhere!!! I would not recommend

My wife and I stayed in La Casa del Naranjo a couple of days during Easter. We had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very near to all main attractions of the city centre, and just one block away from the Teatro de la Republica. The room was nicely decorated and well appointed. The jacuzzi at the roof garden was one of the highlights of our stay, the views from there are just gorgeous! The staff is very friendly and polite, Susana was a star! Thank you for making our stay a memorable experience!

Very grateful for the nice experience at the hotel. We stayed 2 nights during Semana Santa. The room that we stayed El Corazon was very authentically decorated with small details that make difference. The staff was very attentive and always at service. The hotel does offer a breakfast which is simple but tasty. The location is great, very centric near all the main tourist attractions. It doesn't have its own restaurant which will be great as the gastronomic offer in Queretaro is not very good yet,
