Don't expect your room to be ready at 3PM check-in

My room was not available at the hotel's 3PM check-in time. I had to wait until 3:40PM to get my key. Normally not an issue, but this made me late to a meeting. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I had no other issues.

Un extra por la lavadora y secadora.

La estancia es comoda, tiene bunea ubicacion, buena atencion al cliente, los desayunos estan ricos, solo si les falta un poco de mas atencion en el Area de limpieza y mantemiento. Nos toco ver espacios demasiado sucios. Como extra tienen lavadora y secadora super para quienes vienen de las cascadas. (Funcionan muy bien).
