Chose the Garden Court because it was close to the mall/center of QT with lots of restaurants and shops. Staff was very courteous and helpful, room was clean, and loved that we could open the windows to get fresh air. Plus we had a great view of the mountains and the stars at night were divine. Only complaint was that no fresh complimentary brewed coffee was offered as we never enjoy the instant coffee packets when they're provided in the room. If you're up for a nice 20-minute walk to the harbor area, walk down the street around the corner from the hotel and walk along the waterfront and through a lovely wooded area that takes you to the harbor side of the mall.

Great location, staff very friendly. Apartments need an upgrade, nothing has changed from when I use to stay a lot 15 years ago. Bathroom door handle was hanging off and window handle about to fall off. Also booked as wanted spa pool after ski but that doesn’t go.

Property very dated and not well maintained. You have to utilise a common laundry that you also have to pay for and it was always utilised by the staff that stay there. There was construction noise the entire stay and no mention prior to booking. Our allocated car parks were always occupied by either construction vehicles or other guests staying elsewhere on the property. Wasn’t even close to how it’s described the Hotel would be lucky to be 2-3 stars at best.

Excellent 2 bedroom apartment, easy walking distance to centre of town. Both bedrooms with ensuite and large. Open kitchen and dining area worked well. The listed 'buffet breakfast available between 8-10', which we had confirmed before our arrival, was actually a pre-boxed commercial breakfast box for each guest - not bad but not what we had expected. Apartment was serviced erratically, missed on at least 2 days, had to asked to get the rubbish empty and floor remained unvacuumed for our 6 night stay. Despite the above, still thought it was reasonable value, and worked well for two couples

Comfortable beds, quiet location at night. Close to bus stop for tours and ski bus. Our booked suite was still being renovated unfortunately, so we were instead offered a smaller apartment. The staff made up for this with laundry and breakfast vouchers (we were unable to use these most days as the breakfast only starts at 8am, but the tour/ski busses leave at 730!). Housekeeping was very good. Rooms were warm and heated floor in the bathroom made a huge difference, thank you. Kitchen and lounge were compact but suitable. Would have been squashy for two couples, but was ok for family of four. Easy walking distance to bus stop for tours. 15min walk into town, with shops and restaurants, lake with tours available. Very pleasant town centre. Straightforward airport transfer on #1 bus and short walk from bus stop. We were able to leave our luggage at reception on the last day after checking out, to walk into town one last time before leaving.
