Good location. Short downhill walk to lake front, shops, restaurants and most attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and functional. The decor was a little dated in the bedroom living area as was the furniture. The bathroom was fine with a good shower. It was a pity we did not have an opportunity to sample the pool despite the warm weather as it was not open at any time during our 4 night stay. 😕

We checked in after five (when the office closes) and the staff had left a note as to how to access the room. All very well done and much appreciated. Double bed a bit small, but there is an additional single. Room was spacious, perhaps a little basic but certainly adequate. The wifi is a huge problem though. You can get on it with a phone, but with a laptop, there is some kind of conflict with their interstitial pop up and it simply is not possible to get connected (I think it is an http vs https problem somehow). We badly needed access and the manager did let us use the office wifi. Location is excellent, and there was a good view of the mountains from the window. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great view, friendly and helpful staff. However, water pressure is really low, wifi is unusable, and it’s the old style of motel where other guests have to walk past your main window - so you choose between light and privacy.

I did not stay here, my booking was transferred to Caples Court next door a comfortable moderate motel. DO NOT book The four Seasons Motel! It is very noisy, there's no privacy or soundproofing as advertised, the interior is very tired and just sitting on the bed I could feel the mattress springs through the bedding

Easy walk to town center. View to mountains from rear first floor room window, although not utilised in room layout. Good value. Negatives: minimal double bed size and very soft mattress. Somewhat low water pressure.

When we arrived the room was nice and tidy. I really love the location. We stayed for 5 nights and 1 day. Linen was not changed at all during our stay. Towels were changed daily because we left them on the floor. Our room was not vacuumed the entire time we were there, I would have done it but there wasn't one in the two rooms we booked. We couldn't cook certain food in the room so that didn't help or we would have been charged extra. Carpet was duck tapped to the floor in the kitchen. Husband even got a shock from light switch in the bathroom. For what we paid I did expect more.
