The Space:

Step into our welcoming haven featuring four bedrooms and two and a half baths, ideal for a relaxing stay in Queenstown.



Our fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area invites culinary adventures, while high-speed fibre internet access ensures seamless connectivity throughout your visit. There is a large living area, with a separate entertainment room, both have Smart TVs. There is also a dedicated workspace in the entertainment room.



The floor to ceiling windows frame the most jaw-dropping views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountains. You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets. There is a huge sun soaked deck area with stunning views.



Stay comfortable with heating. Take advantage of the convenience of a washing machine and dryer.



We provide high-quality bed linen and towels for your comfort, along with an iron and ironing board to keep you looking sharp.

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $50 per bedroom. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.



Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that we have a five day minimum booking requirement over the Christmas -New Year period.



There is a BBQ in the photos, this is not in use.



Please be aware that the hot water cylinder is not unlimited and only has a 200 Litre capacity. Having a bath or several long showers will reduce the hot water supply significantly. Recovery time for the water to heat up again is approximately one to two hours. We recommend limiting your showers to approx. 5 minutes each person to conserve enough hot water for everyone.



A maximum of 8 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
