The worst ever stay of my life so far. There is not enough staff for assistance. Zero room service, literally ZERO. I asked for a change of room since I didn’t like the washroom cleanliness, but they were of zero help. No floor mats in the washroom. No room slippers. No kitchen in the hotel, breakfast is closed at 9:30, it sucks. Overall terrible stay.

Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet, safe, and very reasonably priced. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a very good basic continental style breakfast. The hotel was ideally located between the airport and the cruise terminal. Even though some staff spoke mainly French, they tried their very best to answer our questions. The front desk clerk was very helpful in getting a taxi for us. I would recommend this to those who want an economical hotel that is not too far from the airport and cruise terminal.
