Depuis derniĂšre visite, 03-2025, les jets d'eau du SPA ne fonctionne pas, dinc pas de bulles ni de massage au dos. Le SPA contient plusieurs cĂ©ramiques dĂ©collĂ©es, qui a causĂ© de nombreuses zones qui coupe la peau, car le bords tranchants on ne voit pas. Hier on mis du chlore et chimiques sans aucun contrĂŽle, Ă  tel point que l’odeur forte nous faites pleurer, le nez et la gorge brĂ»lĂ© et sĂšche en respirant. On avisĂ© l’admin. et ils n’ont rien fait. La porte de sortie d'urgence Ă  la piscine a Ă©tĂ© bloquĂ©e plus de 24H avec la neige. Impossible de l'ouvrir en cas d’urgence. Le 3e jour de notre sĂ©jour elle avait Ă©tĂ© dĂ©gagĂ©. Dans la toilette de la piscine, le couvercle de la cuvette est incomplet et la partie destinĂ©e Ă  s’asseoir est cassĂ©e. Puis il arrive qu’avec le poids de notre corps quand on est assis, la fracture s’ouvre et les fesses restent coincĂ©s, piquĂ©es par la fracture, ça fait trĂšs mal. Dans cette mĂȘme salle de bain, le thermostat de chauffage est totalement endommagĂ©, rendant impossible d’avoir une tempĂ©rature normale, stable ou visible. RĂ©alitĂ© et nouvelles de derniĂšr minute : trois de mes enfants ont les jambes rouges, des Ă©ruptions rouges, une peau dĂ©licate et douloureuse, Ă  cause de la brĂ»lure que nous avons eu avec les produits chimiques du SPA, et mon pantalon de maillot de bain noir Ă©tait dĂ©lavĂ© en gris et noir. Vous avez notre coordonnĂ©es si vous voulez nous parler. Bonne soirĂ©e

Spa wasn’t available and that was the main reason I booked that hotel or I could have gotten a cheaper stay. I also brought to the attention of the desk agent at almost 1am that the heater in the room is keeping me awake because it keeps making a loud bang sound and then a grinding sound while the fan is running (I have a video of it
