we had a short stay of one night which included someone's leftover chocolate & wrapper on our floor, a drain that didn't drain in the shower and a shortage of towels at the pool no matter what time we went. The breakfast and staff there was a complete upside to this stay though. A full hot breakfast with staff constantly refilling what is empty and they are helpful to.
The staff was very nice, respectful and helpful. The room were very clean and comfortable. The shared areas were also well cleaned even though the hotel was short staffed. The complimentary breakfast was slightly different every day. The hotel is surrounded by many stores and restaurants.
Easy access to major roads and easy to get to Quebec City. Nice, clean hotel. We are used to staying in Hilton properties and this did not disappoint. Breakfast was great although the breakfast area is smaller than other Hamptons we have been in. We were at breakfast at 8:00 and were glad we got there before this massive rush of people at 9:00 because we would not have been able to find a seat. Front desk staff excellent.
Hotel is nice, clean , Friendly staff , the only problem we had was getting room together or atleast they could have done same floor , we were 3 couples prepaid 3 months ahead also we notified that we want the rooms together. When it came time for checking , we were told that 1 room is on 2 Nd floor and 2 rooms are on 7 th floor . The food only complaint that I was not happy was , we were out on vacation to enjoy and even after prepaying the rooms money we still couldn’t be on same floor.
Nice newer hotel, very welcoming staff, good service, nice size rooms (had 2 reserved) 20 min ride to the City. Free parking . Taxis are available to take you if don't feel like driving . Pretty nice food at the restaurant inside hotel but there are other choices in the vicinity . Close to the highways
We used this hotel as a base to visit Quebec City and waterfalls. We had a car which was needed to get to QC main tourist area and found convenient parking near the Museum of Civilization, from where we walked to where we wanted to. Rooms were new, clean, although a bit dark; lighting could be much improved. Breakfast was fine--breads with assortment of jams, honey, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, cut up fruit, hot food (some bacon, sausage, or other meat, and baked beans), cereal, and more. There is a small gym, and hotel is conveniently attached to restaurant Le Cochon Dingue, where we ate one night, as it was convenient. Also, there is another restaurant, Evolution, that is right across the street/parking lot. A Costco and IGA Grocery store, etc are within a few minutes drive if supplies are needed. A drugstore (Jean Coutu) is across the parking lot. Area seems new and safe. We did not have any problems with construction noise while we were there in June. They have a few connecting rooms which was wonderful. Also one washer and dryer (coin-operated). Staff were very helpful. I think the main suggestion would be more lighting in the hotel rooms.
We stayed at this hotel in a bridge view suite. The view is so so, we hardly see the bridge. The staff was great! Management, please work a bit on Housekeeping and Breakfast area. Two days, our hskp service was great. On the third day, garbage not emptied, bathroom ammenities not replenished, towels not replenished. The gratuity was collected. Breakfast was busy each morning. On one morning, one poor girl serviced the entire bkfst area for more than 45 min.. The young man from the front desk went over to take the empty hot drink dispensers, and he brought the containers to the girl to refill, but she was cooking, refilling the trays, helping guests, all at the same time. SHE NEEDED HELP!! Otherwise, a great hotel. Clean, great location, wonderful staff.
Every thing was great. Altought breakfast can be better. I liked the place and the sorrunding. Parking should be indor. Nice place to stay. I would recomend to anyone who visits Quebec and has things to do al Laval University
Last evening my husband and I checked into the Hampton Inn and Suites in Levi, Quebec. From the time we entered until we left this morning we had nothing but friendly, efficient service. There was a lovely Bistro at the back of the hotel so we did not even have to go out in the rain again to get something to eat. The breakfast this morning was the best we have enjoyed in a Hotel. They gave us very clear instructions to go to the ferry on the river.I would recommend this place to anyone!!
This hotel is brand new and has all of the requirements you need. The suites are fresh and clean and the beds so comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is great and the staff are brilliant! Nothing was a problem for them. The restaurant connected to the hotel is also very good.
