I was there for work. Excellent location however definitely more than a 3 minute walk to the Quebec Convention Centre as mentioned. Went out on the balcony as it was a lovely day. Table was covered in dust and then the door would not latch or lock. Called front desk numerous times and no one answered. I went down to front desk twice but no one was there. Finally left a voicemail and a message on VRBO app. Someone finally came up the next day from reception when i was done work. He could not fix it so had to wait two hours for maintenance man which ended up being at 7 pm on a Saturday evening so definitely cut into my leisure time, which was limited. They did try their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and eventually did. The check out process required someone to inspect the apartment prior to checkout but I left before 8 am and no one was at the front desk. Apartment did have some wear and tear, scratch marks in the floor but bed was comfy with nice linens and towels. All in all, i would stay here again. The communication was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
