Great property, easy to find parking. The area is about 15-20 minute walk from downtown. Property is in a residential area, but we did encounter lots of homeless around the area.

Exactly as pictured. Really enjoyed the space. I understand the concerns with front entrance, we did back entrance with no problem. We got lucky with street parking but could be a problem during peak season?? One problem though, the bed platform is very squeaky

A well maintained, spacious, spotlessly clean apartment which had absolutely everything we needed, although the industrial sized washer & dryer were rather incongruously placed in the kitchen. A mainly residential area with an eclectic mix of cafes & restaurants but little else. It was quite a walk to the main tourist spots, this was fine for us as it’s a great way to see the city but might not suit people who don’t like walking.

We enjoyed this apartment and found it clean and comfortable. We made use of the kitchenette and found that any of our food needs were met by local grocery stores within easy walking distance. It was a short trip to Old Quebec and easy to get in and out of the city.

There needs to be more hooks and shelves for convenience when traveling (hanging coats, totes), shower stall had nowhere to put toiletries. The toiletry dispensers provided also stuck a lot and didn’t work very well. Other than that everything else was great.

This apartment hotel is roomy, safe and clean. It's so nice to have an open kitchen, separate bedroom and plenty of hangers in the closets. Everything is new and updated. Just two things made me chose a 4 instead of 5 star rating. One, the pod-based Nespresso coffee machine had no instructions so it was frustrating to try to use. Luckily we travel with a small French press coffee maker. Two, this place advertises a laundry. The first night I went to use it, but the machine takes only coins ($2). The next day we went out of our way to get coins at restaurants, etc. That night I went to use the machine and it doesn't take $2 coins, only $1 and 25-cent coins. We had to make another trip to a convenience store to buy beer and get change for the $2 coins. For an otherwise updated place, the antiquated coin-only laundry experience was a disappointment.

The property was beautiful and very clean. Our apartment was spacious and located around a 10m drive from Old Quebec. The building is located close to cute cafes and restaurants. Big plus! Note: The building is located in front of a community center for addiction, which is not clear when checking the area online. There are two entrances to the building, so you can use the back entrance if you feel uncomfortable passing through the front entrance.
