Walk to surf spots! Enjoy your Mexican vacation at our contemporary, beachfront home with infinity pool and spa/hot tub. Villa Cascada is located in a beautiful, private, gated community on the sandy beach of Bahia de Banderas, between Punta Mita and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, and is walking distance to some of the most consistent surf breaks in the area. The villa offers stunning views of the Sierra Madre and ocean, and in the winter, you can watch whales from the pool!

The house and staff are prepared to welcome 6 adults.

Daily maid service and cook (preparation of light breakfast for 6 adults) is included. The cost of groceries is extra. Preparation of lunch and dinner is not included. However, you can hire a cook at additional cost for preparation of these meals. A concierge service is available to arrange local activities or restaurant reservations and can do grocery shopping in advance of your arrival. Our fabulous and attentive staff have been with us for many years and they are happy to assist with your needs during your stay. They will ensure you have a fantastic vacation at our villa!

The villa is located only 7 minutes from Punta Mita and 40 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport. Wonderful towns with great restaurants are within a 5-15 minute drive!

Wonderful relaxing vacation

The villa is spacious, clean and very pretty. Pool and grounds are clean and relaxing. Hot tub did not work which was a little bit of a bummer on nights when we wanted to enjoy being outside. The big sliding doors in the living room being in a nice breeze and connect indoors and outdoors. The beach out front is beautiful, but not swimable right in front of the house. We surfed at la lancha and enjoyed a beach day there instead. Esmeralda made delicious breakfasts and lunch a few days and was so pleasant. It was a nice place to stay!

Family vacation paradise

The property and staff were absolutely incredible. We travelled with our two children (ages 1 and 3) as well as the grandparents and it the property was spacious, comfortable, private and overall wonderful for everyone. Between the pool, the beach, the grass area and the outdoor grill there was never a dull moment! At low tide there are great little tide pools right outside the property to explore hermit crabs, urchins... etc and low or high tide there was plenty of beach to play and run on. The breakfast's where absolutely incredible and our host even coordinated a professional chef to come and cook us dinner one night (highly recommend!). We are already talking about our next trip.FYI the property is in a private community about a 10 minute drive from Punta de Mita town. That said it is very easy on a two lane highway to get to town. The beach at the property was far better than that in town (at least when we went in early December).I cannot recommend this place enough.

A Lifetime Memory Birthday Celebration

I never provide reviews for properties that we rent, but this beautiful villa is an exception. Our stay at this lovely villa provided memories for a lifetime. It is very rare when a rental house or condo meets or exceeds expectations but this property and the staff were unbelievable. Even with the challenges presented by a category four hurricane landing the day of our arrival (we actually had to push our arrival back one day), the property and staff were prepared and ready for us upon arrival. When we first walked in to the villa, we were immediately awed by the villa, views, and location. The villa has a great floor plan as it allows for privacy for all guests and the grounds (pool & surrounding landscaping) is nothing short of spectacular. I cannot say enough about the staff (Mode) and the husband/wife team that prepared our dinners as well as the landscaping/villa maintenance staff. The meals (breakfast & dinner) were beautifully prepared and delicious and better than any meal you will find at a local restaurant. We had a great time and are are already looking at our calendar to when we can visit again. A birthday celebration that my wife and our friends will always remember.

Incredible Vacation Home

This vacation home is incredible. The staff is amazing. Mode and Avi made the best breakfast every morning and kept the house and property in 5-star condition. We highly recommend Eduardo and Bibiana at Chef Ink for dinners. They were phenomenal. We had two babies and a 3yo in our party and it was super comfortable and convenient. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect for our family. It was in a safe neighborhood with wonderful staff. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the incredible views of the ocean. We were lucky enough to see the whales each day of our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our daily breakfast and had one dinner made for us while we were there and it was delicious. One recommendation....if you want to supply your own groceries during your stay, get them in/near Puerto Vallarta. There is a Walmart and another large market. Once you get to the property there are only convenience stores which are very overpriced and limited in stock.

This home is beautiful. The layout is fantastic. The location is quiet and somewhat private (homes on both sides were unoccupied). Housekeeper and her helper were wonderful. Communication with property manager was not good. No response after several emails. Finally, was able to talk to him. However, when we arrived there was no drinkable water (arrived the following day at noon), no food, listing states that housekeeper will make breakfast and evening meals if desired. We did stop and purchase groceries. The bathrooms did not have toilet paper, they did go into locked closet and provide. Despite lack of communication, we would rent this home again. My advise is to pin down Miguel for information or ask to work with another manager. This property is lovely.

BEST VACATION HOME - EVER!

I am a very picky person with my accommodations and this was by FAR the best stay I have ever had. The pictures don't do it justice. It is in the perfect location, with security, staff and the most incredible view I have ever seen! Very comfortable, clean, accessible and secure. We were there only 4 nights and didn't want to go home. Mode, the housekeeper/chef, can cook a meal better than any 5-star restaurant. The pool is huge and absolutely pristine. BOOK this one. You will not be disappointed. We plan to be frequent guests here.

We cannot begin to say how amazing this property is. The location is magical with quick access to Sayulita, Puerto Vallarta, and all the activities in between. The kids spent hours finding hermit crabs on the beach, and we gained several pounds eating Mode’s delicious food. We can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful villa on the sea

We were so happy with everything. We had the most amazing chef and her lovely assistant that cooked every single meal from scratch, made us the tastiest margaritas, and treated all of us with such warmth and care. They were the loveliest and most hard working people I've ever had the privilege to be around. The house was breezy, indoor/outdoor living, great front yard and pool area, beautiful views. Have to just state again how lovely and helpful, incredible the staff was....thank you so much. They made our stay flawless.

By far our favorite Vacation spot. Total Paradise!!

We travel every year to beaches all over to different islands of Mexico and this by far was the MOST Beautiful!! The Beach home and infinity pool over looking right on the ocean is just total paradise. Property was always kept extremely clean by Modi which is house keeper and the AMAZING chef! We paid to have them get groceries which when we arrived the refrigerator was completely stocked and fruit was cut for our arrival. Modi makes breakfast and lunch free of charge as long as you provide the groceries and you can have her also make dinner for extra. I would HIGHLY recommend having her make you Beef Fajitas, they were delicious but so was everything else she made along with some yummy homemade chicken enchiladas. I can't say enough good things about our stay here and we will definitely be back in Decemeber or January to watch the Whales and Dolphins from the homes infinity pool! Thank you so much for making this vacation so special for my wife and I.

Amazing House and a Fantastic Stay. We all highly recommend it.

The house is located on a semi-secluded beach between Punta de Mita and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. The houses in this area are only accessible through a gated security check point, which made us all feel incredibly safe. There are probably about 24 houses in this area. The beach is very quiet (except for the crashing ocean) and about ¼ mile long. The beach and sand are lovely but it’s not the best swimming beach due to the rocks immediately off-shore. But it is well known for its surfing and we did manage to swim a few times. As listed, the house has three master bedrooms, two up and one down and it was very hard to decide which one we wanted. All were ocean facing and each had its own benefits. All of the ensuites were large and airy as well as modern. In fact the whole house was very modern and comfortable. The house comes with everything you need including wifi, music inside/out, hair dryers, soap, towels and every kitchen tool needed. There is plenty of room for dining or sitting inside and out and there is an outside dining area where we ate all of our meals as well as six lounge chairs by the pool. The pool and house are aligned so that you have an amazing view of the ocean and the incredible sunsets. There is also a large grass lawn which is great for playing or sitting on. There are no pool floaties so we brought our own. The staff will handle all of the grocery shopping for you for a small fee and Miguel provides an extensive list of food choices. For an extra $100/day (plus groceries) Modé and Beto will stay and prepare and serve dinner for you and. We opted for them to take care of four evenindinners for us. For the breakfasts and dinners we wanted them to make traditional Mexican meals for us and they didn’t disappoint. Modé, our housekeeper and cook extraordinaire, made some fabulous food and was able to accommodate most of our dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy etc). We took care of our own lunches, but Modé was always happy to make us some guacamole or pico de gallo. Beto, the groundskeeper and maintenance man would cut down some coconuts and make us drinks right in the coconuts. Modé is also responsible for keeping the house looking clean. Our bedrooms and bathrooms were always spotless and she always ensured we had fresh linens and towels. Having a washer and dryer was great as it allowed us to pack a lot less than we would have.

BEST OCEANFRONT VILLA IN MEXICO!!

This villa is by far one of the most luxurious villas I have ever stayed at, and I’ve been to many around the world! The view is absolutely breathtaking!! You walk out to an infinity pool with gorgeous views of the ocean just steps away. The home itself is beautiful on the inside with 3 large master bedrooms. The staff is beyond amazing!! Guatemo (not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly) went above and beyond to make our visit special. He even made reservations for us to go horse riding on the beach! He is fantastic! Modesto is equally amazing and prepared us fabulous breakfast meals the whole week. Her guac and pico salsa are amazing! Freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee awaited us every morning. It was truly the best experience ever! The staff make you feel like royalty! This is the perfect place for families. I brought my ten year old and she didn’t want to come home! Location is perfect. For travelers-rent a car if you can. Punta de Mita is a short ten minutes away with lots of restaurants. We also enjoyed La Cruz and Bucerias which is also a short ten minute drive. Sayulita Beach is close by as well. Overall our stay was fantastic and we will definitely be back! For home improvement suggestions I would suggest adding a microwave to the kitchen. This would be a great addition, especially for those with children who love quick snacks. Also, while I understand that bugs must be hard to deal with in ocean villa homes, there were quite a few ants in the top master bedroom. So much that I couldn’t leave my makeup out on the sink. Additionally, the shower pressure in the upstairs master bedroom was very low making it a bit difficult to wash your hair. Not sure if this is fixable or not. I might also suggest adding a WiFi router upstairs? Not that technology is important in a place like this, but because I didn’t have service, WiFi was how I communicated with family back home. It would be nice to make calls from upstairs rather than having to go downstairs each time. Nonetheless, these are minor issues that hardly take away from the outstanding experience that this villa provides. I would highly recommend it to anyone!! This place is seriously paradise! We will definitely be back! I’m currently counting down the days!
