Wonderful Trip!

We loved our first trip to Punta Mita! The villa was gorgeous and perfect for our family. The breakfast made by Rosa was delicious and the guacamole and margaritas when we got there was a special treat. While the location was not on the beach, we could walk to Sufi beach club and had a great dinner there. The golf cart also made it easy to get to our favorite beach clubs at Pacifico and Kupuri. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay!

The property was beautiful and located in our favorite community of Porta Fortuna. Our whole group had an exceptional stay and Rosa made us the most delicious meals.

Terrific location and lovely unit

X1 in Puerto Fortuna is a gem. Super clean, well-equipped with everything that we wanted. The outdoor spaces are great and the beds were very comfortable. There were only three of us visiting, and it was way too much space for us - could easily accommodate a group of 6-10. Housekeeper Rosa was perfect - great breakfast every day - she really took care of us. Concierge Adriana was super responsive and took care of anything that we needed. Great spot

Convenient Location but outdoor space is lacking

We had a lovely stay here but were disappointed with the outdoor space as the photos are a little deceiving. Luckily you go to this area to enjoy the beach clubs which we did every day. You are able to go to them, but they do have minimum fees which was clear when we booked. The house itself is spacious, but the outside is much smaller than we'd hoped with only 3 lounge chairs and not enough space to have a meal for more than 4 comfortably outside. Overall we were happy, but overpriced for the space.

Great location

Everything was great! Perfect location and staff was very helpful. Only thing is I thought it was a little bit over priced after being there and looking around a bit. Overall I would recommend the villa and the company that represents the villa.

Incredible stay in Punta Mita

This property is a 10/10. The concierge communication before arriving to set everything up and when we checked in made it so easy. The house has everything you need, is spacious and comfortable, a great outdoor space, and the most beautiful sunrise view. Rosa really made our week with her delicious breakfasts and help every morning. Easy to get to anything in Punta Mita and enjoy all the beach clubs. Overall just a great trip here and would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible Stay

We loved X1 at Porta Fortuna. Views were magnificient, and location couldn't be better...basically next door to the Sufi Beach Club, which was by far our favorite of the different options at Punta Mita. Adriana and her team were extremely helpful, and Rosa cooked a wonderful breakfast each morning. We look forward to returning.

Awesome Property. Perfect location.

We loved staying at Villa X1. It’s a great house, with a terrific view of the water. You will love both the sunrise and sunset views! The house is clean and spacious. The outdoor space with the pool and hot tub is relaxing and quiet. It’s so close to the beautiful pools at the Sufi Ocean Club, which is a great destination to relax and unwind. The concierge that helped with the property before our arrival and during our stay was really amazing! Very helpful with planning dinners, ordering groceries, and getting us a new golf cart QUICKLY when ours died 😂. All of our requests and questions were addressed quickly and efficiently! Breakfasts at home in the morning were delicious!!!! I would return to this property in a heartbeat! It’s a great family destination! X1 Thank you for making our break from the cold so wonderful!

Lovely house, Lovely area

We enjoyed our stay, the property was nice. Beautiful scenery. I would recommend going when it is cooler, we didn't get to enjoy the pool as much because it was hot all day. Adriana did a great job arranging excursions and whatever we needed. I will say that a golf cart is a necessity if you want to get anywhere. We enjoyed our time in Punta Mita.

Wonderful Vacation

The property was great, very clean, great views, exactly as described in the listing. Rick and Adriana provided excellent communication and took care of grocery orders, reservations, golf cart rental etc. and Yadi provided excellent service and communication after we arrived. Rosa’s breakfast was fantastic and she also straighted up and helped with laundry after we left. A wonderful vacation. Highly recommend.

Punts Mita Perfection

Our family (4 adults) have a wonderful stay at the X1 Villa in Punta Mita. The villa is as described in the listing, with every comfort of home. It was immaculately clean and we were welcomed by Adriana with fresh drinks and guacamole chips. Adriana is a great resource and was happy to book groceries, golf cart, dinner and any other activity we thought we may enjoy. She is wonderful. The home is comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated. The pool and hot tub all work well and made our stay very enjoyable. Rosa came every morning to make breakfast. She is wonderful. She is always looking to make your stay more comfortable while she is there. Morning sunrises from the pool deck or hot tub deck are spectacular. We rented a golf cart to get around to the different restaurants and beach clubs. The entire resort is well maintained and secure. The security staff are very friendly and offered us cold water when we were out walking. Great place. Highly recommended.
