THE VILLA

This two-story Zen Casita is composed of 3-bedrooms, each with full bathroom and closet. Stunning entry way with the first floor containing a large open kitchen, living and dining area, powder room, kingsize bedroom with full bath, meditative patio with outdoor shower and marble floors throughout. The spacious dining and living rooms open into a garden/pool area overlooking the majestic blue Bay of Banderas. A pool lounge area and a covered pergola terrace framing an outdoor grill adjacent to the private pool. On the second level, the master bedroom has its own deck overlooking the bay and both the master and the second upstairs bedroom have direct access to an open marble terrace with Jacuzzi with views of the bay. The second upstairs bedroom looks onto the upstairs patio, has two double beds for 4 children or 4 thin adults and 2 single beds for 2 adults/children (bunk beds), and a large full bath.

THE COMMUNITY
The residential community of Porta Fortuna is nestled between two golf fairways and fronting Banderas Bay. This setting provides each residence with bay and ocean views across to the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Puerto Vallarta skyline in the distance, making these vacation rental residences among the most desirable in Punta Mita. The community's Sufi beach club at Playa Fortuna features a chic pool and sandy lounge and relaxation area, coupled with beach access and a garden sanctuary. The only pier in Punta Mita is located steps from the pool area and offers sailing, kayaking, paddling boarding, surfing, fishing, and boat trips to the Marietta Islands directly from the pier. Sumptuous dining is available a short walk from the villa at both the casual “sand in your toes” Sufito restaurant on the Porta Fortuna oceanfront for lunch and the breathtaking evening dining at Sufi with views of the bay also located on the beachfront at Porta Fortuna. Sufi has quickly earned the reputation as the hands down, best food within the gates of Punta Mita. If you are too relaxed to walk down or don’t want to leave the pool, Sufi will deliver room service of anything on their menu to the villa, a Porta Fortuna exclusive service.
Punta Mita's perfect year-round climate inspired the architectural design of Porta Fortuna luxury townhomes, which allows for elegant yet casual living and entertaining. Entry to the community is via gated access, with 24-hour welcome and security staff.

Our guests benefit from the highest level Premier Golf membership benefits providing access to Pacifico Golf Course, Bahia Golf Course, Pacifico Beach Club, El Surf Club and Kupuri Beach Club, as well as the community Sufi Ocean Club within Playa Fortuna and famous Sufi Restaurant. The tennis and fitness center is also available to our guests with a daily fee to use the facilities. As of January 6, 2026, Punta Mita will charge a one-time, per stay, fee to all vacation guests staying in Punta Mita, due 5 days prior to check-in day. Throughout the resort there is a 2.8 miles recreational route for runners, walkers and bikers. If you are into outdoor activities, our concierge will gladly arrange whale watching, surfing, stand up paddle board, fishing, marine safari to Marietas Islands, scuba diving, powerboats, catamarans and much more, at no additional cost.
In case of an emergency, within the complex there is access to two Medical Facilities with qualified medical and paramedical staff.

GETTING AROUND IN THE AREA
Punta Mita is a world-famous paradise mainly for its two Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Courses, Four Seasons and St Regis resorts, and luxury residential communities. It is a perfect destination for a family vacation or simply somewhere to relax and getaway.
Outside the gates, three minutes away, you will find in the village of Punta de Mita many shops, groceries, pharmacies and restaurants with the Mexican flavor you are looking for.
To get around the gated community and to the town of Punta de Mita, the most fun and advisable is to rent your own golf cart and bicycles.

You can walk along the beach or through the golf courses to El Anclote village where you will find outstanding beachside restaurants, surfboard rentals, fishing boat and whale-watching charters, snorkeling equipment, restaurants, shopping and much more.

Your Premier Membership grants access to the Tennis Club and Fitness Center (usage fee applies), two Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses (Pacifico and Bahia) and five Punta Mita beach clubs. St. Regis Beach Club is subject to availability and offers access for a fee. Four Seasons facilities are only available to Four Seasons Resort & Private Villas guests.

SUFI OCEAN CLUB
Gorgeous bay and pier views, breezy and casual vibe. A sparkling saltwater pool is the centerpiece, with wooden cabanas and daybeds, outdoor showers and access to the pier and beach. The aesthetic throughout is chic, modern, free-spirited feeling of Punta Mita with rustic wooden sidings, wicker hanging chairs, chandeliers, lanterns, for a completely tranquil setting. Aquatic adventures, water sports, lessons and experiences, guests can relax and enjoy fresh dining options from the new Sufito Cevicheria Bar and Sufi Restaurant.

KUPURI BEACH CLUB
Kupuri Beach Club offers a long white sandy beach and clear shallow waters, overlooking Litibu Bay and a variety of swimming pools. Kupuri Restaurant is inspired by the bounty of fresh seafood and regional ingredients, traditional Mexican fare and a Mediterranean influence. The Coritas Kids’ Club with shallow wading pool is tailor-made for children, while teens have their own air-conditioned clubhouse with custom video games and movie area. Legos, puzzles, guided arts and crafts, yoga classes, and entertaining cultural activities to learn about native Huichol and Mexican traditions are also available.
The tranquil Navi Spa is an oasis of relaxation featuring treatments influenced by ancient therapies and using ingredients from Mexico’s indigenous cultures.
The Punta Mita Ocean Sports offers paddle and boogie boarding, sailing, wind sports and snorkeling, lessons or tips for every level, and aquatic explorations.

ST REGIS SEA BREEZE BEACH CLUB
A stunning setting to enjoy a day at the beach. It features a large swimming pool and broad, sandy beachfront. Amenities include comfy sun chairs, pool butler service, the acclaimed Sea Breeze Restaurant and the Mita Mary Seafood boat.
The Punta Mita Expeditions Ocean Activities center features onsite paddle-boards, wind-surfers and boats to take you fishing, surfing or snorkeling/diving.

EL SURF CLUB
The menu concept is “surf shack sophisticate”, with items such as fresh fish tostadas and spicy pork tacos with fresh lime, cilantro and a variety of homemade salsas or oysters with a prawn ceviche and signature Catch of the day “Zarandeado” with a variety of homemade sauces.
On-site, Punta Mita Ocean Sports offers Premier Members complimentary use of boogie boards, SUP and surf boards, which also are available for rent for guests.
