Great management

The hotel has a beautiful pool, the employees very attentive, as soon as we got there great customer service from the manager who upgraded us to a better view suite without us asking. Over all definitely recommend the hotel , we will stay here for sure next time.

This Hotel was one of the best Hotels my husband and me ever visit. The pool with the view to the ocean is unique. The rooms very clean and comfortable. Lovely 4 star hotel with 5 star food. Beach is very walkable for 4 or so kilometres, although very rocky at hotel. Over 10 days got to know the staff - great people! Food is fantastic - no buffet - all service - top end... Took Ubers to and from Sayulita for 140 pesos each way, but taxi expensive. Nice walk over to Playa Carayelos - great beach.
