Love this hotel! The last night of my stay was filled with loud young adults running around the hotel though and had to get staff involved to quiet them down but they did. The staff were all sooo nice and helpful!

My family and I stayed at the Westin for 6 nights at the begging of August. Our stay was amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff was nothing short of amazing. They exceeded our expectations. The resort itself is in need of some TLC. They are in the middle of renovations which explains a lot. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable during our stay. The food at the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! Some of the best food we’ve had at a resort. Our compliments to the chef! The location is great. Walking distance to the marina and an OXXO. We would definitely come back!

This property is amazing! First, its close to the airport, and there is a marina across the street which has several different food options and money exchange services. Close to most touristy places. The service was truly the best ive ever had in Mexico! The hotel was very nice and clean! I recommend 100% the staff was amazing! Very friendly!

The Westin resort is super beautiful, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurants inside are super yummy. However it is not worth the money you pay. They don’t include free breakfast or dinner which is the minimum that a resort should offer. The housekeeper did not clean our room or replace the items needed. We had to request something as simple as toilet paper. There’s no AC in the lobby or hallways only in the bedroom. I would have to think twice about coming back to this resort. It’s also pretty far from the city.

The service was excellent and staff was so helpful and kind, but the property is in desperate need of an update. I understand that work is being done to make that happen, but it’s years before it gets to what it’s claimed to be on the website. Nonetheless, we had a great time. Just don’t expect to show up at a 5 star hotel, because it is not that. And DO NOT forget to bring your mosquito repellent, unless you want to be eaten alive.

Place is Paradise in Mexico. Beautiful Hotel. Staff was great and felt modern and well built. My only problem, the place was under construction and the constant noise was a deal breaker. Even on Sunday the jack hammer and pounding of hammers ruined our entire stay. Far from all the night life. By May of 2026 it will be an all inclusive hotel.

Don’t stay here until construction is finished! Construction noise all day, Friday night and weekend! Beach and pools are awesome but noise kills it! They moved us from 4th floor to 6th floor, did not help. You may be ok if room is away from construction site. Disappointed!

Stayed here a few years ago and it was amazing. This year the hotel seemed a bit rundown but they are making improvements unfortunately during stay there was construction and it started early. The pool stopped serving food at 5 and alcohol at 6 which was unusual being that the pool closed at 10. The staff all around the hotel was great and friendly except for the lifeguard she was quite rude but everyone else was great. The breakfast was good, buffet style. Hopefully if we make it back there they can keep there restaurants and bars open late
