My friends and I had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The views are indeed spectacular. And much time was spent every day watching the sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed making breakfast and the kichen amenties made cooking/bbq-ing a real pleasure.Beds are comfy. Nice linens and towels. The location is excellent. 7 minutes to the beaches, beach clubs, and restaurants we enjoy. The stairs are a grind, which makes a dip in the pool that much more refershing after a sunny day at the beach. cooking a real pleaure. everything you need.

Great Location. Stunning View.

We had a great two-week stay at this condo while working remotely. The property was clean and well-appointed with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The views of the ocean, city, and mountains were spectacular, and the direct access to the street below (180 steps) was a great feature, providing both convenience and a good workout. The key code access to the property was convenient, and the water pressure and Wi-Fi (20-60 mbps) were both excellent. The main bedroom had a comfortable pillow-top mattress, while the guest bedroom offered a firmer bed. The condo's location was ideal, with an Oxxo, Kiosko, pharmacy, and hospital nearby, and the beach just a 7-minute walk away. We enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the nearby Casa Cupola, which hosted music and pool parties on weekend afternoons, but some guests might find the noise bothersome. There were a few minor issues during our stay. The living room furniture shed vinyl flakes, the management company wasn't very communicative about the maid service, the cabinet lights didn't work, and the guest bedroom had some ceiling flaking onto the bed. However, these issues didn't significantly detract from our overall positive experience. In summary, this condo is an excellent choice for those looking for a well-located, comfortable, and scenic place to stay. Just be prepared for the steps and the potential for some weekend noise from nearby festivities. We would stay again!

Unimpressive Condo

The condo is not as pristine as it appears in pics. Looks run down. All rugs were filthy and the living room furniture is in terrible shape! All bedding and pillows were very cheap and low quality. Our biggest complaint is that on our day, the lock on 1 of 2 security gates broke. We were locked out and left to our own devices to gain access to the condo! Communication from the property owner is deplorable! Stay elsewhere.
