Leading up to our trip and upon arrival our contact Luis was proactive in messaging us about checkin time, location and same day follow up asking us if all is wellThe condo was clean and well appointed. We weren’t in need of anything that wasn’t there Having a Mountain View allowed us to have windows open all the time with no direct sunlight making our ancc uncomfortable There was no need for use of Air conditioning as the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom kept a nice air flow goingThe location was very handy for grocery shopping (Walmart being very close) and a gentle walk past the cruise liners gave us access to a beautiful beach which had great swimming conditions as the wave were not as big as other beaches to the south The pool was a highlight of our stay. A wonderful place to relax and cool down in the afternoon or early evening after a hot day, with the bonus of having a great view of the sunset!I highly recommend this property to anyone as I would happily return the next time we are in PV

Air conditioners worked well. Clean apartment. Lacking instructions for basic things.If you have neverr lived in a condo it would be nice to know how and where to dispose of garbage and if recycling is encouraged or just trashed. Instruction for the microwave would have been welcomed also.Not enough basic equipment in the kitchen, like s proper sized Colander , garlic press and more tea towels. You might consider investing in a matressss cover. Stains on an almost new mattress are not pleasant.Please consider this constructive criticism, and know that our stay was very good.

We enjoyed our stay. The listing was accurate, and the neighborhood was authentic Mexican. While the condo is not in downtown PV, one can reach downtown with a short, inexpensive Uber ride.
