We enjoyed everything. The staff was super nice. Only thing we didn’t enjoy was that only one elevator was working. Other then that the stay was perfect.

The views and property are fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed the room and amenities.

Second time here and love this property! There is new construction happening next door that gets pretty loud but the fact that you’re in paradise makes up for it. Both times we’ve been there we couldn’t get in the pool because it’s too cold. Staff is fantastic!

Great value and great view, but a bit too noisy and dusty from construction in front and next to it.

BEWARE there is construction next to it and I mean its super close. We were lucky since very little or no work sat. and sunday but there is no way you can sit on your balcony or at the pool without hearing a ton of hammering and smell of welding metal. EVEN after calling Orbitz on hold for 27 minutes to talk with a manager, an EMAIL to the property and a response from the property that they will take care of us and not put us by the construction side. We were right next to it, literally #502 we stared at the crane like ti was coming into our room. THEY MUST offer free or discounted beach chairs for somewhere to go since its not on your balcony or pool. I wish I could show you pics and video. If there wasn't that than the property would be perfect.

Everything was pretty spot on with what I would expect from a more upscale resort/hotel. Balcony was lovely. The people working there were extremely nice. But the cost was around $210 per night and I stayed for 2 nights where the total was close to $500 (with taxes and fees) Right next door they were working on sister resort and the construction was loud by the pool. Definitely ruined the abiance. Would have chosen another resort if I had known about the construction noise. Otherwise it would have been an exceptional place to stay.

Unfortunately, we went on vacation during the summer (non - tourist) season, and the hotel was renovating. Additionally, they are building a new property across the street. To sum it up - the hotel, rooms and accommodations are beautiful, we just happened to go at an unfortunate time.

Staff and accommodations were excellent in every detail. Location was ideal for the romantic zone and Old Town. The accommodations are superior in comfort and the views are magnificent! I highly recommend this place!!! I give it an 11+ on a 10 point scale.

The facility is modern clean and great location, the staff very kind and help us with all our needs during our staying Love it

Pinnacle 180 was fantastic! The staff was extremely accommodating and get us into our room early. Great views and close to all of the action.

Views from PH1 are amazing. Only complaint would be the sound of nearby construction. Staff was helpful and kind!

Close to everything. Super comfy bed. Great restaraunts and bars nearby.

A great location, view, and amenities. Everything we wanted for our first visit to Puerto Vallarta. The villa was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The professional staff was present and accommodating. No negatives from this lgbt couple.

Booked the most expensive room as a splurge because it claimed to have a "private pool". This is shown clearly on the paperwork. Got there and found that the "private pool" is a Jacuzzi tub on a balcony overlooking loud construction. Orbitz blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Orbitz and I got left paying the bill for something I didn't get. Horrible customer service, disappointing experience. I recommend that you book elsewhere. Note - the construction across the street is VERY noisy.

The good: Nice view from deck. Nice pool (music is terrible, but you can tune it out). Friendly housekeeping, and security/towel service. Nice washer/dryer. Mattress is slightly more comfortable than most P.V. hotels. The bad: walking up the hill in the heat after a long day was tough sometimes. Our shower in the back bedroom did not work properly, and after three requests, nobody came to look at it. Plenty of scalding hot water, but when you turned it to warm, it lost pressure, and hardly any water came out at all. You couldn't even get your hair wet. All four of us had to use the other shower, which wasted a lot of time getting out the door. The staff does not understand English very well. Our sliding back door was broken. Housekeeping called it in on day one, five days later, nobody came to look at it. Stains on the bedding. I washed it myself, and they came clean. For the money, I expected better service. I'll go back to paying a third of the cost a few blocks up. Maybe older hotels, but better service, showers that work, no hills, and closer to everything. Other people I met at the pool loved their room, and took a taxi down, so location was fine. They also felt the view was worth the hassle of the hill and being way south of the center of town.

We stayed in a one bedroom ocean view suite. Wow. There wasn't just a window overlooking the ocean. The entire wall of windows opened onto a veranda that overlooked the ocean. It was high enough to see the sunset, but close enough to everything to easily walk. And the room was beautifully appointed.

Probably THE best place to stay in Old Town South PV if you prefer a condo over hotel. Now, the caveats: the price (if over $150/nt) is a bit high for what you get given that there are now so many options. You also lose the local flavor since this is a completely modern building that has no connection to traditional Mexican design. It's also not really for families, FYI.
