The resort emphasizes eco-friendliness, meaning there are no bottled waters provided—even for young children. Additionally, there is no buffet service available; all meals must be ordered at the table, resulting in lengthy waits, often exceeding an hour, especially for dinner. Dinner service begins at 6:30 PM, which can be inconveniently late for families with little ones. Room service consistently quoted delivery times of 30-40 minutes, yet frequently exceeded one hour.
Service quality from the staff was inconsistent; while some team members provided excellent care, others were disappointingly inadequate. Our stay was further complicated by a lizard in the room that staff were unable to remove.
A convenient feature was the ability to order essentials such as water, snacks, and juice boxes via Uber, which were promptly delivered to our room by the bell staff. The onsite store is well-stocked, and the staff there were consistently attentive and helpful.
Overall, both service and food quality have notably declined since my previous visits. While there were some positives, I would consider returning only if no other suitable options were available.
