The accommodation has been neglected by the owner. The property manager didn’t even show up once even though I arranged a time and waited for him. He did communicate through WhatsApp, but he just kept saying to check the property description.
Here are some of the problems, even though we love the complex (Kite Towers) we have stayed in a total of 5 units. The amenities, beach and Staff are great.
The master bed mattress is hard/very firm, we did not use it. The pillows are also large and uncomfortable.
There were a lot of bugs in the kitchen. The fridge (is not the one in the picture) is small and was not cleaned well. I had to clean it. The gas stove needs to be lit with a lighter and the temperature indicator are nearly invisible.
There was no paper towel, salt and pepper or dishwasher tabs. There was toilet paper and dish soap.
The window behind the sink was splashed with dirty water, food etc and bird dropping, this window was unlocked upon arrival.
There are 3 bar stools, one broken (dangerous)
Needs lightbulb in front room main light fixture (ceiling)
The shower caddy was nasty and there should be a bath mat in the bathroom.
The drying rack outside is old and rusty.
There is a large broken BBQ, the patio furniture outside is also in poor shape.
People come to Condos to cook. Here you can boil, fry or reheat. This place would be great if you want to eat ham sandwiches, order food delivery or just drink and pass out.
So unfortunate, because the location is fantastic.
