This hotel needs a deep cleaning. Our suite was so dirty and moldy. The refrigerator had the previous guest food still there when we checked in. I asked everyday; front desk and housekeeping, if they could sweep and mop room because I have crawling babies and not once it was done. Such misleading advertising, too expensive for what they offer.

Me quede este año y el año pasado y me gusta mucho este hotel. El check in y el check out súper fácil y rápido. El area donde se encuentra el hotel es súper accesible porque te puedes ir a caminar en San Juan y encuentras de todo. Tiendas para hacer shopping, lugares para comer y por la noche hay muchos lugares para pasarla bien. Lo único que pueden mejorar es en área de la piscina deberían poner música para ambientar y una barra para que la gente no tenga que bajar a comprar lo que desee. Este año mejoraron con el housekeeping porque al año pasado fallaron mas de 3 veces y este año solo no me limpiaron 1 vez y rápido que llame me trajeron las toallas que necesitaba y luego fueron y me limpiaron el cuarto. Recomiendo Hotel Rumbao!!!
