Did not stay due to the hurricane there is nothing more to say.!!! These surveys should not be computer generated

My family stayed during the worst disaster in Puerto Rico’s recent history. The hotel staff took great care of us and provided us with the best treats you could ever have if you are experiencing a disastrous category 4 hurricane. They were prepared for the emergency at hand.

It was wonderful. Beautiful area with plenty to see.

The hotel was near places walking distance and free tram service around old Juan

It is always great to be in a new location. This hotel is very accessible to all of Viejo San Juan via foot. Two of the higher ranked restaurants specializing in Puerto Rican cuisine were very nearby. The food was amazing but not sure why I had abdominal pains the next day. All historical sites were close. The hotel staff were generally very helpful and happy. Manuel the bellhop was everything, gentle Caribbean and always with a welcoming smile. Housekeeping was good but there were a couple issues, particularly with an odd, urine like odor in the hallway. The staff corrected it soon after it was reportedand continued the next morning. As a habit now, I always check the actual pillows and mattresses before using.

Close to great restaurants and nice bars, great to walk and see the city.

The location was good. Nice staff. Hotel felt worn and dated. Had issues with broken locks, running toilet and non functioning coffee machine. Tried three different rooms before giving up. Staff remained friendly and helpful, but it was very frustrating for us.

Nive hotel, but be aware there is no microwave or mini fridge in the room. If you request one it is 10 each per day.

I LOVE this hotel! They accommodated my early check in and held my luggage so I could explore the area until my room was ready. The staff is top notch! I love the location. I highly recommend this hotel! I will be returning!

The staff are very rude and very sketchy. I say this for i was being forced to use the taxi service and lets face it. There were no set rate and unnecessary roads taking it longer to get to your destination for the very expensive ride. Buyer be aware

No parking facilities. Hotel will charge an additional deposit of $50.00. Surprise!!!

The hotel was in an excellent location for Old San Juan.

Enjoyed my stay will stay again. Thank you

Scenic location on the harbor, walking distance to fort, museums, amazing restaurants! FRIENDLY, welcoming people--a wonderful hotel in old San Juan! Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

We were only there overnight but the experience was extraordinary.

We stayed before and after our cruise at this hotel. Great staff and very clean facilities. Love the bacon cheeseburger at the hotel restaurant - best I've had in a long time. Location is very convenient to pier 4 and to Old San Juan for shopping and dining. Only complaint I have is the queen size bed is really more of a twin if you get the rooms advertised as having two queen beds.

Hotel has a nice location in the old town. As SPG Gold Member , when you check in, use the normal line, not the special for Gold Member, as they serve only the normal line, had to change line to get served for check in. Expect not to much from room service, I was the whole day out , I did not had any sing of not disturbing, when I came back late in evening, no new towels, no new shampoo and bed was even not done, so do not expect that your room is done. Never have seen that before. Hotel Restaurant Bar, very nice and good service.

We stayed for 3 nights after we got off a cruise. Everything was fantastic and the location could not have been better!

Great decore in the room and hotel. I loved that my room smelled clean not like a dirty rug! The staff was so great! They made the stay even better! FYI: best oatmeal I ever had!

We decided to splurge for our last night in Puerto Rico on a room with a "view" at the Sheraton. Sounds nice, right? NOT! This very expensive hotel room with a "view" looked directly into a parking ramp. We went to talk to the front desk staff, showed him the Orbitz ad and he said that all the rooms on that side of the hotel looked straight into the ramp. SO WHY DOES THE AD SAY THAT IT IS A ROOM WITH A VIEW? We asked for something better and the hotel reservationist gave us a little bigger room, but it also looked right into the parking ramp and he say he couldn't give us a room with a better view unless we wanted to pay an additional $100. This negative experience really put a huge damper on our last night in PR. The room ended up being just average for a huge price and a horrible view. My advice--stay somewhere else if you want to stay in old San Juan. And, never trust an ad by Sheraton about a nice view.
