It was dated. The rooms have been updated, however the mold in the shower, the horribly cheap scratchy towels. There is no mini bar, and the coffee was bitter. We got in late and there were no options for food or drinks not even snacks for sale. The room was so dark at night that our kids got carry out and no one could see what they were eating.

This hotel has been remodeled since my last stay. It is beautiful. The restaurants were great. Great overnight prior to cruise. The only negative was at check in. They had a very long line with only two people working. Almost everyone had a reservation and leaving on cruise on next day. There must be a more efficient way of handling the check in. The clerks were very harried therefore rude.
