We stayed here before and after our recent cruise. Although we booked the room for four people, BOTH times we were given only three sets of towels. Otherwise, the service and staff were great. We were even given an early check in after we disembarked, which was very helpful.

A central and convenient and clean place to visit Old San Juan. The continental breakfast doesn't include eggs or meats. Parking costs $26 per day. As with all places, some staff are less friendly than others, but overall they were fine.
