Construction made our stay pretty bad. Our bathroom door would not close. We waited two days for a repair! When it rained we had water on our floor. Restaurant was closed. Breakfast was outrageously expensive. Too little for what we paid.

It was convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Construction was really loud and woke up my and my family. Noisy

The property was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in room 314 and it is right by the outside AC unit for a building next door…I did not get any sleep because of the noise from the unit, it was LOUD!! Good thing I was only there for one night.

We loved being right on n the old town area. Everything was a walkable distance. Room was great and the service was fast and friendly!

Location was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very clean and spacious room.

great location, helpful staff, small lobby

We had a great time staff was very helpful and the man who checked us in gave us great tips on places to see, and eat, and drink .

The only good thing was the location being close to places to eat for us being handicaped. Rooms were not cleaned daily, asked for towels more than once and never recieved any, elevatore has a broken tile in the enterance witch resulted in my 71 year old mother tripping on amd fracturing her nose and blackining one of her eyes, resulting in her mossing out on the rest of the trip due to being bed ridden with a swollen face. Would NEVER recommend the sheraton old san juan hotel EVER!

This place was a great choice for basically everything. Everything is walking distance, the hotel is rather clean and nice. Its a little old and basic but it was worth it for the location. Overall not real complaints.

A very convenient location. I didn't like that it was no fridge or microwave in the room.

Check-In time said 3pm but we sat around until 6pm to get our room. I spoke to some folks that were staying there and they had not received maid service in days and when they requested it they were denied. The property needs some work and obviously needs more people to clean rooms. The hotel is expensive and not that great.

excellent

Hotel in an ideal location. It's only the noise from other guests that prevents a 5 star review.
