"I returned to this hotel after a wonderful stay last year, where I was even welcomed with an “Expedia Preferred Guest” banner. Sadly, this visit was disappointing. My emails before arrival were answered but not followed through. We were first given a room that was being painted, and the replacement room was run down, with a broken fridge and clogged shower and sinks. Although we were celebrating our anniversary and eventually received the amenities, I had to remind the staff several times, and it didn’t feel special. Overall, I expected much better based on my previous experience.
