The service was good but the rooms were terrible especially the bathrooms. There was water damage, the shower head was rusted, the floor mat was full of mold, the water that came out of the shower smelled and was brown. The hotel rooms were completely neglected. Looks like they spent some money to upkeep the lobby but didnt spend any money on the rooms. Also, it is the first hotel that has charged if you did not return the plastic key cards. They wanted $50 per key if you didn't return it. I have stayed at many hotels and have never ever been asked for the key card back and then for them to charge $50 if you didn't is even more ridiculous. Looks like a way to just make money and nothing else! Not a good experiemce and would not recommend or stay there again. The bathrooms were so bad it made me slightly ill to just rinse off since I didnt feel comfortable being in there for more than a few minutes.

Excellent stay, super staff, great location, room with balcony and view as advertised, pool is awesome - only downside is the bathroom shows signs of being run down (although it’s clean and perfectly functional), if they fix taht it’s truly a 5 Stars and amazing stay

Great hotel with wonderful location and staff. Our stay was made better by the helpful front lobby staff. The pool area is beautiful with great views.

Highly recommended. Helpful and friendly staff. Good location.

Nice views from the hotel. Great pool. 10 minute walk to town was very convenient. Would recommend for a 2 night stay to see the Falls.

close to town, beautiful garden huge pool, the buffet breakfast is very good, the staff is friendly and very helpfull, the food at the restaurant is ok,could improve specially the sauce, the temperature in the room was always 24 Celsius and couldn't bring it lower, the guess should have the ability to set the desired temperature,it was warm outside and I side the room as well. Find out before you go if this is the normal procedure on the air conditioning.

Nice room, spa, and it was convenient to have a safe in the room. The breakfast was more than substantial/sufficient. It was a very close walk to town but beware of the stray dogs. They seem harmless but are medium sized. We constantly got water on the floor after showering so it seems to be an issue in all rooms. The workout room is pathetic. If you ask around, you can find a local that serves as a currency exchange (USD to Pesos). Try to get the 'Blue rate' that will give you a much better rate the market.

This hotel is on the expensive side. Its best selling point is it's location because a bus stop is just a few blocks away from the hotel and took 30 minutes to get to Iguazu National Park. There is a hotel right in the park. But, it costs a lot more than this one. To my husband and I, this hotel gives us the best deal we can get in Iguazu. Breakfast buffet is impressive. it provides sufficient varieties and food is delicious. Iguazu national park is the best place in the world to view falls from all different angles. Before I visited the park, I wondered whether Iguazu falls would outshine Niagara Falls. Yes, it certainly does. Niagara Falls is one gigantic falls. It's certainly impressive. But, there's nothing much other than that. Iguazu is a national park with hundreds of falls. You see big ones, You see smaller ones. You see tons of them in a panoramic view. You see them close. You see them far away. You see them above you and below you. I'd highly recommend this national park as a must for international travel. Iguazu National Park is definitely the highlight of my vacation in Argentina.

My family and I stayed here while we visited the Falls. It was a wonderful experience. Our only complaint was the wait staff in the restaurants. Terribly unhelpful and lazy. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were wonderful. Location is perfect. Away from the bustle of the town, beautiful grounds and views, great pool, clean modern rooms. The food in the restaurant is not great, we recommend you go to Aqua. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!!

This hotel looks EXACTLY as it was presented on its website. That doesn't happen too often. The view from our balcony room was AMAZING. The room isn't huge, but comfortable and you won't spend much time in it anyway. You'll either be at the waterfalls or lounging by the glorious pool. The staff at the hotel was fantastic and told us to take the El Practico bus for 10 pesos rather than pay several hundred daily for car service or taxis. You don't often get such up-front and honest hotel staff that look out for your best interest. We would have knocked the location rating down a bit because it's a bit of a walk into town, but the unbelievable view of three countries and the river makes up for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, well-located and staff were very friendly and helpful. The view is nice and the hotel is close to lots of restaurants. You can catch a bus to Iguazu Falls nearby, which is convenient and much less costly than a taxi or rental car. The Falls are worth a day or two, with a nice and easy hike at the park, also.

The scenary was amazing, the staff was friendly but the food was very tasty. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from town, where you will find a lot of local wine and tapas places. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

Nice hotel, great fews of the river. Not tareably clean.

Our room had a major leak when it rained and from talking to other guests our room was not the only one. The baseboard below the window were rotten. Although we did not notice it when in the room after we left the hotel all of our clothes smelled musty. The front desk staff were very helpful. Hotel is in a great location and the grounds including the pool were beautiful. They are missing an opportunity to earn extra money by not having good pool bar service. Would only recommend hotel if the room did not leak....it is a chronic leak so there must be mould issues!

This is a great value for when visiting Iguazu Falls. The views from this hotel are really pretty, and it is walking distance to many restaurants. Staff was super friendly; breakfast buffet was quite extensive. The only issue I had with this hotel, was the air conditioning in the room was not very strong. Also, the jacuzzi did not work and there was no mention of when it would be fixed.

This hotel is beautiful on the outside. One of its greatest assets is the pool area. It overlooks the river that borders Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. The building and the interior design is modern and beautiful. The very bad thing about this hotel is there non smoking rooms smell like smoke. The smoking floor is the 3rd floor and all the fumes rise up to all the levels above. I stayed on the 4th floor the first night and my room smelled very bad. So bad that I could NOT breathe. I asked to move and they put me on the first floor. Which was much much better. The attendent said that air conditioning system was very bad and it just circulates the air from each floor. Very very bad. Other complaints: * Mini-bar is not well-stocked. And all products are over over priced. * No free Wi-fi * Food is mediocre but over priced The staff was very friendly and willing to help considering all the issues in this hotel.

The folks who work here are so kind. So kind. They were nothing but helpful. The actually facility however was a bit old in some ways so that’s the only thing. Had to press the button hard and long for the toilet to flush and the hot tub had clearly has seen lots of use over the years. I’d still stay here again because it was worth the value.

Hotel clasico y elegante, en zona del centro. Muy buen desayuno. Habitaciones chicas, cama no muy comoda. Personal amable pero le falta ajustar detalles

Dear Guest, First of all I would like to thank you for your comments related to your stay at Panoramic Grand. Each of our guests’ reviews is taken as a key opportunity to improve and double our efforts. Certainly, we are starting a room renovation plan on June 2019 which apart from other items, the bathrooms will mainly be remodeled. From May 13th until 23rd we will be working on our swimming pool and on July as well our public areas (Lobby, Front Desk, TV Lounge) will also be refurbished. Our new room keys offer the ultimate Bluetooth technology and the system allows you to open and close your room with your mobile phone, through an app and with no key. As these cards are really special and difficult to obtain stock (at least in this area) we only apply the charge as a reminder to our guests that we really need the key back, and this procedure is properly explained at Check in and Check out. We do not intend to obtain any additional money out of it, we just need the key back and the charge is automatically voided at the precise moment we receive them. We deeply apologize for all the bad experiences you had to go through and all of us hope this disappointment did not deter you from enjoying our outstanding destination. Yours sincerely, Silvia Radins Hotel Manager
