The girl at the front desk in the afternoons was GREAT. She was so helpful. I think her name was Florencio?… The girl at the front dest in the morning shift was condescending and made no effort to help with anything. Other than this one staff member our stay was very nice

They have a really nice pool to relax in - especially needed due to the hot weather all year-round. They also offered snacks from 5-7pm each day, which was a really nice bonus. Great environment.

El personal fueron excelentes. Nuestro vuelo llego con retraso, y el personal en la resepcion, nos espero, eran casi las 12:00 am. y bajo la lluvia nos llevo a nuestro cuarto. nunca le importa la lluvia. Su meta era darnos el mejor servicio. Y lo logro!!!

Hotel lindo em meio à mata

O hotel é muito bonito em meio a mata. Em uma tarde na piscina os macaquinhos brincavam pulando de galho em galho nas copas das árvores. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem opções boas. Os funcionários não são lá muito simpáticos, mas isso não foi um problema. O bar da piscina oferece algumas opções de alimentação. O chuveiro e a cama são muito bons e o quarto era silencioso.
