Excellent staff manners - they were really helpful and accommodating. Nice suite, very clean. The free breakfast buffet was awesome, great assortment of breakfast food. The dinner menu (extra $) is awesome. I ordered a steak dinner which was perfectly done (med rare) and large portions. All in All,, I recommend this hotel if you're touring the iguazu falls (AR side)

First we came no electricity no towels TV doesn’t work and the telephone doesn’t work every time I have to go two story down to the front desk and tell them I didn’t have towels or electricity or telephone doesn’t work or AC doesn’t work. It wasn’t pleasant at all.

The property is good overall . It needs a little remodeling in my opinion. The rooms were spacious , jacuzzi in the room was a pleasant surprise and relaxing. The hotel had good amenities like a restaurant inside the property with good food, including vegetarian options , a spa with a good masseuse, mini golf, a good pool with slides , etc. However , the downside was that toilets and bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan and was not pleasant . We had to leave our windows open so we could have some fresh air.

While the property was clean it appears is if they have skipped updates and maintenance for the last 20years. Things are very out dated. Towel rack falling off in bathroom, safe in room hanging off wall about to fall off. The restaurant was sufficient but nothing over the top.

Situated on large grounds the property is undergoing much needed renovation. The personal is very nice and they are doing their best to communicate and help. There are no surroundings. Not a 5 star hotel, not worth your money. It might have been a nice hotel in 1995 but now it is 2023. The rooms are big, the wifi does not reach every room, the 3rd room got a room without any lights, just... CHEAP. Para los argentinos, NI LO PIENSEN está muy mal mantenido, solo la pileta es digna lo demás se cae a pedazos.

The hotel was once probably super, but it needs a lot of renovation. The room was large, the beds ok, bathroom also large and clean and we were happy with the air conditioning. The balcony door wouldn't close which was slightly worrying but we were on the second floor and nothing happened. Outside there were a lot of amenities but all in need of renovation. The pool was sadly not clean. Breakfast was good, but the evening restaurant if you could call it that was aweful, the first evening I had stomach cramps and diarhea, we were tired so ate a salad and some spaghetti the next night.

This hotel was terrible, and I’m surprised at the rating that has been given to it. The hotel was run down and had flies and ants everywhere. Lighting was very poor in the room. Hotel also lacked basic amenities and was just dirty. For example, the room didn’t even have hand towels. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly not be returning.

This is an old hotel showing signs of age, but comfortable and clean. The main issue was that the room didn't have hot water. I reported the problem, and I was told a maintenance person would take care, but nothing happened. Instead of changing room, which was the fast solution, we did not have hot water until the next day. The service in the cafeteria was too slow, even when they were not busy.

This is a terrible run down facility. The carpets, furniture, windows, tables are all dirty. Nothing works, not even the TV works properly. This is advertised as 5 star hotel but it is not even 1 star. The people that work there tomare nice but they all do many different task at the same time that can not do more. Pool is dirty and lacks chlorine. There are cats running in the dining room. There is no amount low enough you can pay to make this a decent value for your money

Minha experiência neste hotel em Puerto Iguazú, na Argentina, foi bastante decepcionante. As fotos divulgadas não condizem com a realidade. Ao chegar, encontramos um hotel visivelmente antigo e mal conservado. O quarto apresentava problemas sérios. O chuveiro não aquecia adequadamente, a descarga do banheiro não funcionava bem e a porta do box estava emperrada. Solicitamos manutenção, mas nada foi resolvido. A limpeza também deixou muito a desejar. Meu filho chegou a passar mal após a limpeza do quarto, que foi mal feita e deixou o ambiente com um odor forte e desagradável. O serviço em geral é lento, e o café da manhã é muito simples, com poucas opções e qualidade abaixo do esperado. Além disso, o atendimento na recepção foi ruim, com informações equivocadas, como a afirmação de que não existe Uber na região, o que não é verdade. O aplicativo funciona e é muito mais econômico do que os táxis indicados pelo hotel, que cobram valores bem mais altos. Outro ponto negativo foi a cobrança pela segunda via do cartão de acesso ao quarto, algo que nunca aconteceu comigo em nenhum outro hotel ao redor do mundo. No geral, foi uma experiência muito ruim e não recomendo a hospedagem.

El spa no lo probé. El bar, a la hora de cenar, si no sis de los primeros en llegar te quedas sin tanta elección de platos, se les van acabando las cosas. El desayuno arranca a las 7, y lo perdí por tener que salir hacia el aeropuerto. Sugerencia, adelantarlo media hora, o reservar un termo con café y algunas cosas para desayunar los que salen temprano!! Inaceptable no ofrecer eso!!
