Very nice and spacious room. Not too far from Iguazú Falls

Close location to falls. great pool and received an upgraded room.

Aside from our room not being ready until about 9pm our stay was great. This place is for families. The playland had tons of activities for kids from painting to ziplines. You can hire drivers to take you to the airport in Argentina or Brazil. Tour agency on property to book stuff too. The lobby restaurant is nothing special but the "Terrasa" restaurant by the pool has some of the best steak I have ever had. We ate there three nights and I would go back again. Staff was very friendly and they did offer an alternative room until ours was ready, but we had splurged and got a big two room suite so didnt want to switch to a small room. Room service was good too if you want a quick snack. Was in our room in 25 minutes. Overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend it even if there were a few snafus at check in.

Enjoyed the hotel and Spa and staff was very helpful.

It's a really nice hotel, really well located and most important with great service. The place is great and the staff is really good. I stay for four days including December 24 and it was great to see all the kind people. This is a really nice hotel to spend some time with your family as the amenities are really good for kids and adults.

We stayed at the Iguazu Grande for one night and 2 days on Aug 28, 2013. While slightly expensive, I think the added value made the price worth it. Excellent breakfast buffet, and discounts on spa amenities made it worthwhile. I also saw a lot of families with kids. The distance from the Iguazu falls was not too bad, with public transportation close by and taxis for rent if you choose. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

From the moment that i showed up to the moment i left this place was perfect. The staff were always friendly and always willing answer any questions that i had while i was there. The rooms were always very clean and comfortable. The 3 pools, restaurants, casino and bar make a very relaxing stay after walking around the falls for multiple hours. The restaurant and bar have good food and good selection. The breakfast which was included when i stayed had a huge selection to choose from fruit (melon, pineapple, kiwi, grapefruit, oranges, watermelon, papaya), eggs, bacon, french toast, waffles, and pastries are just some of what was offered...of coarse coffee, tea, and juice were offered as well. The only possible thing i could that that would make this a 5 is to provide a shuttle to the falls...but it isn't far to the bus stop which comes on a regular basis so it's not a big deal. I will stay here again when i come back to Iguazu.

Room size was great. Spa and swimming pools are fun. Restaurant is just OK. Staff was nice and accommodating. Nice place overall.

I am surprised this resort cut it as a "Leading Hotel." Others in that group have been vastly superior. The grounds are huge, the spa is quite nice, the food below mediocre, and the staff roughly mediocre. Doesn't live up to biling. One example of how this resort does NOT go the extra mile, should convey the sense. Upon departure, my daughter and I were supposed to meet at a designated address to go to another destination. Not knowing either the area or Spanish, I just showed the Front Desk the address. They grumpily said they would get a cab, if we did not want to pay for their resport car. It turned out that this location was literally 400 yards away, albeit across a highway. Any other classy resort in this category would have simply taken the 4 minutes to drive us there--for free--in the resort vehicle. These guys fussed, ordered a cab, which charged me $20 for this. I did not appreciate the whole thing.
