Beautiful luxury apartment, recently renovated with amazing views to the sea and the north coast of Tenerife. It consists of two bedrooms, one of them with ensuite bathroom, double bed and built-in wardrobe. The second has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. There is a second full bathroom near the second bedroom. A spacious and fully equipped kitchen, living room with fantastic sea views and a partially enclosed terrace to enjoy magical views.



Spacious luxury apartment, recently renovated in building with elevator in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spectacular kitchen, dining room with beautiful views of the pier and the Plaza de Europa. Unlimited internet, 49´inch TV. Very close to the pier area where there is free parking. Strategically located. 1 minute walk from Plaza del Charco, 5 minutes walk from the bus station.

Puerto de la Cruz is the first tourist center in Spain, has points of interest as its beaches, including Playa Jardin, the only beach-garden in the world, Playa Martiánez ideal to start surfing, you will also find El Lago Martianez, with many salt water pools, where to spend the day. A few steps from the house is the historic center with a variety of gastronomic offerings and entertainment venues.



There are "guaguas" or buses from both airports to Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment is 5 minutes away walking from the main Bus Station. The most convenient is to rent a car and visit the island by car. You can move around Puerto de la Cruz by foot or by bike, the distances are short since it is not a very large town.

Best place ever

The apartment has a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is located in the middle of the wonderful old town. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. (Bambi / Kafka) We felt very comfortable during our stay and would book the apartment again at any time.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll getroffen. Sie befindet sich in einem gepflegten und bei Ankunft sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Küche war völlig ausreichend für 4 Personen. Beide Bäder waren gepflegt und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Die Wohnung hat eine wunderbare Aussicht über den alten Hafen von Puerto de la Cruz. Alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuss erreichbar, wir haben unseren Mietwagen nur wenig gebraucht. Man kann stundenlang auf den Balkon sitzen und dem treiben der Leute im Hafen zusehen. Sicher geht es am Abend etwas lauter zu, die Schlafzimmer sind aber auf der Rückseite der Wohnung und ruhig. Wir konnten prima schlafen. Für alle, die gerne ihren Urlaub einmal mitten in der lebendigen Stadt verbringen wollen, ist die Wohnung perfekt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung empfehlen. Den Wagen kann man auf dem Grossparkplatz neben dem Hafen gratis parken. Es kann dort aber recht schnell voll werden was das Suchen nach einem freien Platz manchmal anspruchsvoll werden lässt. Wir haben aber immer unseren Platz bekommen.
