Nice flat in great location

The flat is very confortable and close to everything. The only small problem is that there is no air conditioned and in worm summer nights is difficult to sleep. However, Juan Manuel was very accommodating and he brought us some fans.

Great location

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in Juan Manuel’s apartment in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk to the bus station, a taxi rank at the end of the street and 2 supermarkets nearby. The apartment was bright and cheerful with a view of Mount Teide from the bedroom (sometimes). The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen facilities well above average. Juan Manuel was always available should you need him. Puerto de la Cruz is a great base for visiting other spots like Orotava, Santa Cruz, Garachico and Icod de Los Vinos. All in all a very pleasant stay.

5 weeks stay

We have spent 5 weeks in this spacious flat and enjoyed it very much. It is perfect for longer stays and its situation is very central. There is enough storage space and the kitchen is well appointed. The owner, Juan Manuel, was very kind and obliging. We had some minor problems and he came by on short terms to fix them. The only downer were the electronic devices. The Wifi was good, and Netflix is installed. But as the telly is an older type, the smart view kept on skipping, so we only could watch movies on our tablet device. A newer type of telly would be well. But overall we had a positive experience and rebooked this flat already for next year.

Another fantastic stay

This is our second stay at this apartment and we will return. Fantastic location,close to everything and has the advantage of being on the top floor. Beds are very comfortable with memory foam pillows,powerful shower and fully equipped kitchen,even a blender to make smoothies. Juan and his family are extremely friendly and thoughtful and it's a pleasure to stay in their apartment A big plus, the top restaurant on TripAdvisor is just around the corner Taller Steve Diaz! See you next year!

Apartamento muy cómodo y sobre todo muy bien ubicado, a unos metros de la plaza del charco. Los dueños Juanma y su famialia, son muy atentos y están a tu disposición, para cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar. Repetiremos el próximo año.

el piso nos encanto ,muy amplio ,muy comodo!!!muy centrico y bien ubicado , muy luminoso!!! la cocina muy moderna y con todo lo necesario, a pesar de haber llegado con retraso el vuelo , eran cerca de las cuatro de la mañana nos estaban esperando y han sido muy amables muchas gracias

Beautiful spacious apartment in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz

We had a wonderful 9 night stay in this apartment April 2016. Juan Manuel handled our booking efficiently, responded very quickly and made us feel so welcome when we arrived. Apartment is gorgeous. Spotless clean, spacious and very well equipped. Location is great, beside the harbour and Plaza del Charco, with lots of lovely restaurants, supermarkets, bars close by. Beautiful views of either the sea or El Teide from every window. Beds very comfortable and bedrooms quiet and peaceful. There is a long narrow balcony at the front which was lovely. Short walk to the black sandy beach and the Lago Martianez so not having a pool was not a problem for us. Not much on street parking around but apartment is just a few minutes walk to a free public carpark beside the harbour. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment and town.

This spacious, modern and well equipped apartment is located in the old town centre and is about one minute from the sea front. As it is beside Plaza del Charco there is a great buzz. We were able to enjoy the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the shops. The area at night is also really quiet and restful. This apartment allows you to enjoy your holiday at your own pace....the kitchen is so well laid out and the cutlery, crockery and equipment are very generous. The bedrooms too are big and the wardrobes are generous with lots of hangers.....hotels could take a lesson here.The living area has lots of comfort seating with Tv and free wifi. The owner is very professional both at the time of booking and during our stay. He was waiting patiently on us when we arrived as our flight was delayed and on the day of our departure he arrived at the appointed time. Well done Juan...gracias Eilish

Un excellent séjour.

Appartement très agréable, bien situé en centre ville, à proximité des rues piétonnes (sans être dans le quartier très touristique de la ville). Boulangerie, supermarché et restaurants sont en bas de l'immeuble. Chambres au calme (ne donnant pas sur la rue). L'appartement est très propre et présente tout le confort attendu (manque seulement un lave-vaisselle :-)). Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Todo fenomenal

Hemos pasado una semana de diciembre fenomenal. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y su ubicación es perfecta, está en el corazón del Puerto de la Cruz. Juan Manuel y su mujer nos atendieron estupendamente y nuestra estancia fue muy agradable.

Mooie vakantie in Puerto de la Cruz

Ik was in het appartement met mijn ouders en mijn oom en tante. Het is een prachtig appartement en zeer goed verzorgd. De keuken is luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien en de huiskamer heeft een super bank en grote tv en een balkon. De badkamers zijn ook erg luxe met een regendouche. Er zijn drie slaapkamers die erg goed verzorgd zijn. In het weekend kan het zijn dat je wat hoort van het uitgaansleven in het centrum maar in principe is het rustig. De locatie is top! Ik woon op het eiland en ik denk dat Puerto de la Cruz een van de betere plaatsen op het eiland is om te verblijven. In het noorden van het eiland is het mogelijk om veel mooie plekken te bezoeken zoals; Garachico, Orotava, Playa Bollulu, Cuevas del Viento, Icod de los Vinos, Masca, Teno, La Laguna. Er zijn ook mooie wijngaarden in de buurt en wandelroutes. Het weer is er over het algemeen ook goed en het is groener dan in het zuiden van het eiland. Daarnaast zijn er in het centrum van Puerto de la Cruz 3 stranden; een havenstrand, een rotsstrand om goed te snorkelen en een zwartzandstrand voor eventueel surfen. Vlak bij zijn ook allerlei winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Het is een toeristisch stadje maar dat betekent ook dat er veel te beleven is. Als je op zoek bent naar een goed uitgangspunt voor een actieve vakantie of een strandvakantie met luxe dan kan het appartement zeker aanraden!

Großzügiges Apartment im Zentrum von Puerto Cruz

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Apartment: der grosse Wohn-/ Essbereich ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die nach hinten gelegenen Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön und sorgen für ruhige Nächte trotz des Trubels vor der Tür. Dank der Balkone kann man auch die Sonne und das schöne Wetter geniessen ohne vor die Tür zu müssen. Allerdings hat die Umgebung alles zu bieten was man sich wünscht: Cafés, Restaurants und Shops. Vor allem mit unser kleinen Tochter (8 Monate) war das Apartment sehr praktisch für uns. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!
