A spacious apartment with wonderful sea views, perfect for total relaxation in a super central location in the old town, near Plaza del Charco. It's located on the 5th floor and has a new elevator. There's free public parking a 6-minute walk away. It has 3 bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, the second with a double bed, and the third with two single beds. Bed linen and blankets are provided. There are 3 bathrooms: 2 with showers and the third with both a shower and a bathtub. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, hand sanitizer, and a hairdryer are included. There's a large kitchen with a table where you can easily have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, Nescafé machine, kettle, juicer, and all necessary utensils. The kitchen also has a washing machine and a utility area for drying clothes. There is no clothes dryer or dishwasher. The large living room with a dining area has a large television and free Wi-Fi. The large balcony has a table and six chairs where you can enjoy meals while watching the Atlantic waves. There are also four sun loungers with comfortable cushions. This wonderful apartment in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz has everything you need to relax, stroll to the nearby beaches, or enjoy the culinary offerings in the area's excellent restaurants and bars. There are many excursion options to different parts of the island. It is located at Calle Las Lonjas 4, Plaza Marina Building, on a pedestrian street. Opposite is the Fishermen's Guild, to the left is the MaFela restaurant serving home-style cooking, and to the right is the famous Molly Malone Irish pub.

Magnifique appartement, propre, spacieux et très bien placé. Il présente tout le confort souhaité et dispose d une magnifique terrasse donnant sur la mer. En plein centre, au niveau du port, il est idéal pour profiter pleinement de la ville de nuit comme de jour. Anna, sa propriétaire avait préparé l appartement avec goût et gentillesse ( un très bel arbre de Noël en autre) et était disponible et très sympathique, je ne peux que recommander avec enthousiasme ce logement!
