Checked into property with room on street side. Very noisy until 2am. Hotel allowed us to change rooms to opposite side and it was very quiet. Great breakfast every day. Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was a bit creaky every time you got into it.

Excellent location, close to ferries and restaurants. We arrived at 10 AM and have been able to check in right away. I would like to thank Joanna at front desk who helped us to arrange island tour and taxi to airport. Very comfortable room and great breakfast. I will recommend this hotel.

Our room was crammed with beds. One double and two singles. It was clean and comfortable, a nice refuge. It’s right in the center of town, close to everything you want to buy, eat, rent, etc. Walkable to everywhere. We could hear nearby bars and clubs and their music at night, The staff was wonderful, so kind, so helpful. Mixed review!
We stayed one night prior to boarding our ship to tour the Galapagos. The staff was pleasant and helped with our bags. The hotel is central to the main shopping street 3 minutes away. Their is a laundry 2 blocks away and convenience store across the street. They had a safe in the room. The rooftop is awesome to relax and look over the island. The hot tub is a nice benefit as well.
