My wife's and her mother stayed there. My wife's mom forgot her purse and we got a call from the owner of the hotel that the purse was left behind. i called my wife and they returned to get it. Today, one day later Sol, my suegra looked in her purse to check on her "Pesos", they are Mexican and she was missing $1300 pesos....

It was centrally located for our destinations. The beds were supposed to be queen sized but definitely full size. Tried sleeping in one bed the first night. And ended sleeping in seperates beds

Very nice place at a good price. Comfortable, firm beds with big fluffy pillows.

The gentleman at the front desk has an awesome personality and was very helpful during out stay. The hotel was remodeled in the past six months so everything was still pretty new. However, I would say the remodel was a little cheap and missing some attention to detail. For example, the toilet sat a bit askew on the floor, there was a cabinet missing under the sink (perhaps for a fridge still to be installed?) and the electrical switches and outlets were still the old yellowed and dirty ones. Not a big deal as the room was spotless and the room comfortable for a one night stay.

Watch the fees! Charged more than the advertised room rate. Clerk said that "Expedia has fees" and "Expedia does not play fair.". Said that I needed needed to contact Expedia/Orbitz with any questions or concerns. I did and have exchanged perhaps 8 or 9 messages so far with support. Support can not explain the fees and now claims that the property will not answer email messages or phone calls. During our visit, the property was under renovation and specifically carpet was being replaced in some of the public areas. These areas were filthy and there was a strong chemical odor likely associated with the adhesive or rubber padding. Free high-speed wifi at the Wiggy Wash next door was a great alternative to the unusable wifi provided by the hotel. Would never stay at this property again. Filing a complaint with the BBB. This is also probably my last booking experience with Orbitz. They can and should do a better job with the properties that they represent.

Rough sheets, stained towels, bathroom in disrepair

Terrible Housekeeping. Stayed in a dbl queen room. Pulled the covers back to get in and found a wadded up paper towel. Obviously The bed sheets had never been charged. They did put us in a different room, but was still grossed out thinking about it. Have stayed here previously but will not be returning ever again!

After a long drive that had a few hiccups the clerk that checked us in was very accommodating when we forgot to call ahead for a pet friendly room. We are very lucky to have found a place that was clean and friendly.

The hotel was clean and quiet, but the staff didn't seem happy to have to work when we asked questions or needed something. Pricing for the hotel seems to be about 15%-20% higher than typical for this type of establishment. You'll do fine staying here but could get the same room for less at a motel.

A comfortable down-home feel to this good mid range motel. The room was clean and in good condition, the staff very friendly and a myriad of food choices in walking distance. It's the only motel in town, and yet a good one too. I recommend it.
