The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The handicapped accessible room was spacious ans had a walk in shower. The pool was well kept, but the water was cooler than we expected. Breakfast was ok and not too many options for protein besidea boiled eggs.

Great stay

Good location/price if you’re needing to either head to Provo or head south to Payson. Very convenient off the freeway, super quiet area though too. I stayed here twice, a month apart, because it was such a great stay.

The lady at check-in wasn’t pleasant. Did not like the small square pillows, very uncomfortable. The tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned after use.

Decent Room, Go find breakfast.

Room was good. The shower head hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and was spraying in many different directions. The sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain with a spoon in it to open it up. The main breakfast items were all carbs of some sort, except for the boiled eggs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful!!! We stayed on the first floor and every time someone would flush the toilet or start the shower, it would make a very loud noise in our room. during the night or early morning it would wake us up.

Good hotel for overnight

Guy on reception was the only member of staff we encountered, he wasnt particularly friendly. Breakfast was ok. Hotel room was clean and just what we wanted for an overnight stay with Cracker Barrel just next door

Put stay was outstanding beginning with at the check in - the gentleman who checked us in was quite helpful in every way! Our room was clean, comfortable, updated, welcomed and greatly appreciated. We were attending a grandson’s baseball tourney in the area so were ready to relax for the evening. All of the staff we encountered were helpful, engaged, and friendly. It wa sa greet stay! Does not accept service animals. I showed documentation that I provide every hotel and have never had a problem for the last 10 years. Hotel would not accept my documentation. First hotel in the last 10 years not accepting my service animal documentation. Hotel clerk also asked me what my medical condition was for needing service animal. Read the hotels information on Expedia before booking and nothing read “Does not accept service animals”, which is why I booked. Got to the counter and was turned away after providing documentation and not telling the clerk what my medical condition was for needing a service animal.

Overall a nice stay — the room was clean, though the sheets looked like they might not have been changed. The building has keycard entry but the door closes slowly; two individuals waiting outside when I was parking. When I go in they followed me in and went to the pool area, which made me feel a little uneasy.

Designed for the road warrior Microtels have everything you need from breakfast, coin laundry to gym and swimming pool. All at at an acceptable level of comfort at a good price. This one checks all the boxes except there is some freeway noise . Turn on the fan!
