The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The handicapped accessible room was spacious ans had a walk in shower. The pool was well kept, but the water was cooler than we expected. Breakfast was ok and not too many options for protein besidea boiled eggs.

Room was ok, no shampoo & conditioner in shower. Just small shampoo tube. I don't remember seeing a hiar blow dryer, good thing I brought one. We've stayed here many times, and will be coming back. Wouldn't mind more fruit and choices.

The beds were great slept amazing. The pillows were a bit lumpy and the hot water for shower for two ppl was a bit lacking. Overall I do like the stay and will be back. Room was very clean. The breakfast was standard nothing amazing.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good, just standard items. The beds were comfortable. The view of the mountains from the window was lovely. The bathtub didn’t drain but the staff took care of it promptly. The elevator didn’t work on the morning we were checking out, so that was a hassle as we had a heavy suitcase and were on the top floor (4th).

Front desk staff was not friendly. Offputting. First room issued had buckets of paint in the bathroom and was under repair. Went down to front desk and got a second room. No apology. Second room also under construction. Went back down this time got a “sorry”. Third room worked. Should have gotten a profuse apology for the inconvenience and even a price reduction.

We booked our stay based on its high rating, in the upper 8’s. When we got there, there was a musty smell in the room, the tile appeared to be maybe glues back on, if we needed anything from housekeeping, we needed to inform by 9am. Breakfast consisted of bready foods, my kid did like the chocolate “wax donuts”, and yogurt came from a pump container. The pool was tiny. It was just not what we expected from such a highly rated room.
