Location was great for what we needed. Room was huge.

It was stated that this property had complimentary breakfast, please update your site as they DO NOT. This was the primary reason we booked this hotel over the others.

Big room. Enjoyed having a couch to relax and read/watch television. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Ample parking.

I liked the bistro located in the lobby. Very convenient for breakfast. The bedding seemed a bit dated. Other than that, i thought the hotel was a good place to stay.

The mattress was very old, made lots of noise when you sit on it, and very uncomfortable. All the rest of the room was just fine.

The first room we were in had a massive stain on the floor, smelled like cigarette smoke and vomit, the mattresses were like a cement block with a foam topper. The bedding was clean. The carpet was literally sticky. but unfortunately it was almost midnight and we had kids with us so moving rooms just wasn't an option. The next morning they gladly gave us another room. At first appearance it looked good and smelled sooo much better. But the next morning we realized there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom. Black mold on the ceiling, the toilet was filthy. The sink would barely drain and the counter top was dirty enough with soap residue or something that it almost foamed when I got it wet. And there was a very large dirty spot. The walls were dirty and the bed was still rock hard. I just expected a lot more from the Marriott. We Won't be back.

Check in time is 3 PM. We came a little early, maybe an hour before check-in time, needing to change clothing to go to another function. Although we had reserved two rooms for two nights, hotel staff, in friendly demeanor, told us they would not be able to let us into a room early. They explained that no rooms were available and offered to let us to change in one of the conference rooms, which seemed a bit awkward. I was a little hard pressed to imagine that not one single room, even one that wasn’t entirely ready, could not have been made available for us to change. Hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were nice, not spectacular (for the price). No complementary breakfast items were provided. Prices at the breakfast bar were a bit steep. A restaurant was adjacent to the hotel but we did not go in. In my experience, other comparable quality hotels offer better options. We travel a great deal; however, my wife informed me that we would not be staying here again.

Close to freeway but set back enough super quiet. Wonderful staff. Bright and spacious hotel. This will be my base on all future trips to Utah! Missing: magnifying mirror. Lol. But everything else. Every detail. Perfect!

I needed a room for an additional night. It would have been nice if Taylor had perhaps contacted another hotel. Sure wish that air conditioner didn’t rattle so loudly.

Convenient to BYU and downtown area. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Hotel staff very welcoming and friendly. Nice pool and jacuzzi area. Great location close to mountains for skiing, the university and shopping and movie theaters.

Not only is this hotel near all the freeways, various restaurants, and BYU, but it has an in hotel bar and coffee bar. Great staff and pool, spa and gym. I'd stay there again for sure.

Typical Courtyard experience... quiet, comfortable and conveniently located. If you are staying in Provo book here.

Three women traveling alone. Felt safe and secure. Great help with directions. Loved the room

Everything was good, the only minor issue was that, since the hotel was completely booked, we got a slightly funky room in the Garden level (~basement) which I suspect doesn't get used much...but we were glad to have it, the rate was great, and all was fine.

The hotel itself is decent. The room was a bit larger than what you'd get a most other Courtyards. The location is dreadful. There aren't any convenience stores or any such nearby. No wonder they stock snacks and drinks at the front desk for sale. Pro tip: have a car.

Hotel was good. The room was a little smaller than expected. We needed to use the sofa bed for our child and when it was open there wasn't much room. Otherwise a good experience.

No complaints. A good time for everyone. Good location. Very friendly staff.

We basically just needed a one night hotel for a football game -- we were looking for something inexpensive and picked this hotel. It was very close to stadium. Room was about average, but clean.

Thank you for providing your review. However it does state on our website that we do not offer a complimentary breakfast. It says there is "Cooked-to-order breakfast available for a fee daily: USD 3.95-9.75 per person."
