Make sure you read the fine print or you will be paying parking fees. No one at the front desk told us we could not park at the back of the hotel. There were no signs stating there was no parking in the back. I was handing a parking permit with no instructions on where to park. In addition the hotel was fully booked and they ran out of breakfast food. Finally when we first arrived to our room we were able to enter without a key. There are some definite issues here and a lack of communication especially on the parking. Make sure you read the fine print.

Staff were very courteous, room was clean, breakfast was as expected. The builder did a poor job, there is wallpaper glue on the wallpaper in the bathroom, and the shower is plumbed reverse (Hot is cold, cold is hot), so if you turn the water all the way to "hot" you'll wait for eternity for hot water to come.

Room was not in that great of shape. Bedding had rust looking stains on it, the curtains were torn, and the tv stand had chips all over its. Also the AC didn’t work very well. Breakfast was fine, nothing great but not bad. The gentleman who checked me in was nice and polite.

The room was beautiful and clean, but I have to say that the bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on. The pillows were also as hard and we had a difficult time sleeping even though we got in quite late because our flight had been very delayed. I feel like an assortment of pillows from really firm to somewhat soft might have helped quite a bit. The rest of the stay was very good.
