"This was my first stay at Aloft. The main complaint I have is the noise and poor condition of the rooms. Staff were helpful with moving me to a new room with working heat/AC and phone. The noise issues were ridiculous and not solved by the move. I think the builder completely skipped any type of soundproofing. This may have been intentional in keeping with the "loft" theme? Wouldn't recommend staying here, won't be back myself."

"The kitchen did not have pots, pans,silverware or even a coffee cup. All would be provided for an extra $60. The lobby was not open when I first arrived. No remote for the television."

"From the time we first inquired about this VRBO until the day we checked out, the owner communicated quickly very quickly to whatever question we had.The home is lovely and the view of the golf course from the back deck is refreshing and relaxing. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and right off the expressway which makes it convenient to both Chicago airports as well as most of the happening places in Chicago.Families with babies might have a concern about the stairs going up to the second floor and want to bring their own gate but aside from that the house is well adapted to the needs of all ages.We would definitely stay there again should we be back in the area."
