This home is conveniently close to town and Lee was super accommodating with our needs, delivering firewood as well as extra laundry detergent on the first day. The beds/pillows were excellent, with incredible 800 ct sheets. A good sleep environment is #1 for us, so we loved it. Full garage use & this cozy home offered all that we needed as well as a great residential walk area for our 2 dogs for our week of hikes/museums etc. Nice stay!

This home was perfect for our family, with three bedrooms, all with queen beds. Owner provided everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as the rest of the house. Large garage to park two cars was appreciated. House is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, lots of trees and the deer wandering in to feed in the morning. The owner was friendly and available for our questions. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints and will return next time we're in the area.

Comfortable and Relaxing

We spent spring break at the house, it gave my son and his friends extra space to spread out and relax. He used the fireplace nightly. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well equipped. The boys loved the reclining couch/chair. The grill was well-used during our visit. The house was very clean, though the carpets are ready for a deep clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. The house is well-located for access to the town square, but it was a tad too long for our daily travels back and forth to the ERAU campus. Use of the garage was nice to have. This is a solid house for your stay, you will not be disappointed. (The review asks me to rate the lakefront experience, but this is not a lakefront property (??). I marked it as one-star bc it is not applicable).

Week in Prescott

I very much enjoyed my week at this home in February. It is in the tall pines and a mile or so from the downtown courthouse square and I walked there almost every day. Lots of nice shops and restaurants and a pretty historic neighborhood walk to and fro. Home was comfortable, spacious and clean. Owners were very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend!

Prescott visit

Spent 10 days in Prescott visiting my son. It’s a nice clean house in a convenient location. The check in was easy and the host was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Best in Prescott

Let me start off by staying the host are phenomenal. They were there for us from the start to the finished. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need, three bedroom and two bathrooms is all we need to feel at home. This play has everything you need and not to mention the decors. It’s close to everything: the Hospital,downtown, Prescott valley, and the mall. We saw Deer 🦌almost everyday. If we ever visit Prescott we definitely know where we will be staying.

Great Place Near Downtown

Nice house close to all the restaurant and bars in downtown. Easy to get to. The house was well kept and clean. Lee is a great host that cares about his client's stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Above Expectations

My family and I came to Prescott for Thanksgiving to meet up with extended family. The house exceeded my expectations in all areas! It was well equipped with everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The house was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. Lee was attentive and available anytime I texted him. The location was ideal. Driving 10 minutes in any direction led us to a variety of hikes. The neighbors were friendly and helpful directing us to some trails down the street to explore. The neighborhood park was within walking distance and the neighborhood felt very safe. The downtown/grocery store was right around the corner. What more could you ask for?! We'd definitely come back to this property!

Home Away From Home

Our time at Mountain Club has been a dream. The home was immaculate, with lots of space. The hosts provided absolutely everything you would need for a truly comfortable stay. I cook three meals a day for my family and the kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. Full sized laundry room with washer and dryer was a life saver. Everyone enjoyed the rain head shower as well! The yard was gorgeous, boasting its fall attire. We even saw javelina trotting by! Lovely, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Really convenient location with quick access to downtown. The host, Lee, was great to work with. We had several conversations and he was always quick to answer my questions and assist us in our stay. Highly recommended.

Cozy home in the tree

We loved our stay at the copper basin home. Close to the grocery store for the necessities and the morning Starbucks run. Just a few minutes to downtown made it super convenient to spending time downtown. I loved the neighborhood, and having coffee on the back patio was beautiful and serene. The home was comfortable for our family of 5 and we would stay here again. Very clean home and all the necessities were provided.

Fall Break Getaway

The property was great. The home is on a nice sized corner lot with space to enjoy the beautiful weather. The entire house was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room had everything you could need, and a garage to park in was a bonus. Great location, close to downtown and a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Hosts were easy to work with and we will definitely be back!
